In zombie films, the undead are a relentless threat to the living, especially the protagonist. However, in this series, things are a bit different. Our main character is immune to zombie attacks and doesn’t see the need to fight back; instead, he acts according to his desires.

Rokuro Uraji’s ‘Zombie no Arureta Sekai de Ore Dake ga Osowarenai’ light novel series will inspire a television anime adaptation. The third volume of the comic is scheduled to be released on February 5, 2024.

A manga adaptation with art by Chihiro Masuda has been serialized online via Frontier Works’ Comic Ragchew website since June 2021 and has been collected in two tankōbon volumes. An anime television series adaptation has been announced.
