Justice Con 2021’s full schedule has been released. Dedicated to the works of Zack Snyder, it promises to be a must-watch event for fans of the director. 2021 is shaping up to be one of his most successful years, with the release of two major films.
The convention was created last year as a virtual event, and with his movies dropping in quick succession of each other, Justice Con is making a comeback this year as well. It will take place from April 16-18, and the full schedule was revealed on social media. Check it out here:
The event will begin this upcoming Friday at 6 am EDT with a day full of various workshops run by fans, ranging from cosplay to filmmaking. Saturday will be dedicated to the recently released Zack Snyder’s Justice League and will begin at 10 am EDT.
There will be special panels throughout the day, with cast members who worked on the films, including Ray Fisher (Cyborg), Ray Porter (Darkseid), and Joe Manganiello (Deathstroke). Snyder, too, of course, will take part and do a deep dive into Justice League at 7 pm EDT.
The event will wrap up with a day dedicated solely to Army of the Dead, which will feature panels from actors who have worked on the upcoming film, Dave Bautista, Deborah Snyder, and another Snyder spotlight scheduled at 6:30 pm EDT. Sunday’s programs will begin at 11 am EDT, and all panels of the Justice Con event will be available on YouTube.
As Snyder releases two blockbusters this year (with the Snyder Cut already out), the event will offer a lot of insider and additional details regarding his work. When it comes to Justice League, fans are hyped to know about all the details he interposed into the Snyder Cut and the future plans for the DCEU franchise.
With Army of the Dead, fans are hoping that Snyder will reveal more information about the upcoming anime-style spinoff series and the prequel film Army of Thieves, which will star Matthias Schweighofer, who is also set to direct it. Army of the Dead will premiere on May 21 on Netflix.
Following the massive success of the long-awaited Snyder Cut, Army of the Dead could follow in its steps and become a hit, too. Considering that it has already secured spinoffs, a franchise seems in the making.
To conclude, if you’re a Snyder fan, Justice Con 2021 is the place for you to be, to grab all the juicy details. Don’t miss it!
