The upcoming animated series, Young Disease Outburst Boy, adapted from Minato Tonami’s slice-of-life comedy novel is set to premiere in Japan soon. The official website began streaming the second promotional video on Friday and a list of additional cast members was also released.
The premiere for the anime is set to be on October 4, 2019, in Japan. Its official debut will be on Hikari TV at 10:00 pm and it will then air on Tokyo MX at 10:30 pm. TV Aichi, KBS Kyoto, Sun Tv and BS11 will be hosting it as well later that night.
The opening song for the first season, Chūbyō Gekihatsu Boy, is being performed by the anime’s five main male cast members under the group name Minakami High School Heroes.

Plot
The story revolves around Mizuki Hijiri, a recent transfer to the high school. She encounters the male leads of the anime, suffering from delusions of grandeur. Noda dreams of being a superhero, Takashima is obsessed with 2D girls, Nakamura believes he is a reincarnated angel/devil and the Tsukumo is a self-proclaimed string-puller.
