After 4+ seasons, Yellowstone is still going as great as ever. This week’s episode opens many avenues to bring even more drama into the equation. New characters are introduced, and forgotten ones resurface.
Beth is obviously at the helm of everything, and her brother is not using his brain as usual.
From our past experiences, we can say that this combination never ends well.

1. Season 5, Episode 5 Speculation
Let’s start with addressing the elephant in the room. Who is Sarah Atwood?
Episode 4’s biggest mystery is the appearance of this mysterious woman called Sarah. Beth spies on her and Jamie when they are doused in amorous delusions and manages to click a photo of her driving license.
At the end of the episode, Beth checks her identity on the internet and finds out that the woman Jamie is sleeping with is not Sarah Atwood. Who is she?
I feel like she is an agent sent by Caroline Warner, CEO of Market Equities. We know Beth and Caroline are not on the best terms, especially after the Market Equity deal. Can Sarah be the key for Caroline to get her company back on track?
Sarah Atwood (or whoever she is) is undoubtedly onto something, which can be catastrophic for the Duttons. How is Jamie not seeing through it?
Talking about new lovers, John Dutton has found himself one in this episode, and I smell drama. John’s ex-lover/hippie Summer Higgins is back in town, and John has made her the head of his environmental policy.
I can sense that they will be intimate very soon, starting a weird love triangle between John, Summer, and Lynelle. Summer and Beth won’t get along, leading to even more drama!
The next episode will unfold many mysteries about these new characters, with Beth at the center of everything. With so much going haywire, it is safe to say that her alcohol problem isn’t going away anytime soon!

This week’s episode opens with Beth in her cell for breaking a beer bottle on a woman in the previous episode. She convinces Jamie to help her by threatening the woman not to press charges.
Jamie manages to convince the victim not to press charges by saying that if she does so, she will also be prosecuted for provoking Beth.
Beth is released from prison and learns about Jamie’s secret son. She threatens to kill him as the old wounds from her past are still raw, and she can’t forget how Jamie sterilized her forcefully.
Meanwhile, John Dutton barges in on the meeting of the policy advisors in the Capitol and fires everyone in the discussion. This saves the state approximately $1.6 million.
In the Yellowstone ranch, Monica and Kayce lead the funeral procession for their infant son, who died merely an hour after being born. They also bury John’s senior horse beside the boy.
Meanwhile, Jamie arrives at a dinner date with Sarah Atwood. Things heat up and they start making out in a desolate bathroom. Meanwhile, Beth spies on them and takes a snapshot of Sarah’s driving license.
At night, she discovers that Sarah Atwood isn’t the woman’s real name, and she is playing Jamie to get something done.
Meanwhile, Beth finds Summer Higgins in her house while researching Sarah Atwood. Summer is an animal rights activist who was imprisoned for a long time before being freed by John. Beth discovers that her father is sleeping with Summer Higgins.

The series follows the Dutton family, owners of the largest ranch in the United States. The plot revolves around family drama and the bordering Native reservations and national parks.
