XSEED announced on Friday that the Kandagawa Jet Girls Game developed by Honey∞Parade Games would release on August 25 for PS4 and PC via Steam.
The release date was revealed in a trailer for the game released on XSEED Games’ YouTube channel.
The game will receive a special physical day-one “Racing Hearts” edition that will include two soundtrack CDs, a softcover art book with 60-pages, and a box with exclusive art by Hanaharu Naruko, who is the character designer for the series.
A western version of the Kandagawa Jet Girls game will also be released.
This version will include Ryōbi and Ryōna from the Senran Kagura franchise as playable characters. The western version will offer Yumi and Asuka from Senran Kagura as DLC characters once the game launches.

- Teams of Two on Jet Skis
- Jetter (jet ski driver) mode
- Shooter mode
- Race Battles
Senran Kagura’s producer Kenichirō Takaki worked closely on the game with Naruko as the character designer at Honey∞Parade Games.
The game was originally planned as a part of the franchise and was announced along with the anime in July 2019.
Kandagawa Jet Girls’ anime released on October 8, 2019, and ran for 12 episodes ending on January 7, 2020, and received an OVA on January 24, 2020.
Hiraku Kaneko directed the anime at TNK with Go Zappa overseeing the series composition.
Tsutomu Miyazawa had been credited with character designs based on original designs by Naruko. The series primarily focuses on girls competing in jet ski races.
