‘Burning Jade of Light’ is the last quest of the 7-day event, the ‘Second Coming of Solaris’ in Wuthering Waves. The event is very simple, where players are assigned various tasks to complete and collect different materials for Maqi to help her complete the fictional novel.
The final task is also straightforward and involves gathering specific material for Maqi. This guide will assist you in completing the quest easily.
How to Complete the Burning Jade of Light Quest?
To start the quest, teleport to the Resonance Beacon near the Pioneer Association. Then enter the office and talk with Maqi. She asks for the “Burning Jade” as a reference to finish the last chapter. If you need more clues about this, you can ask her, and she will direct you to a man named Xieyang.
Method 1
You can follow the quest marker and find Xieyang near the bridge to Knell Square in the southern part of Jinzhou City. He’ll be there with his dog. Chat with him, and he’ll give you an Impure Phlogiston. Then, return to Maqi and give it to her.
Method 2
If you already have the materials listed below in your inventory, you can skip Method 1 and give any of the items to Maqi.
- Cadence Seed
- Impure Phlogiston
- Waveborn Residue 210
- Waveborn Residue 226
- Waveborn Residue 235
- Waveborn Residue 239
Note: You should prioritize submitting either Cadence Seed, Impure Phlogistion, or Waveborn Residue 210, as these materials are of the lowest quality and used for character and weapon ascension.
Rewards For Completing the Burning Jade of Light Quest
Upon finishing the quest ‘Burning Jade of Light’ during Day 7 of the ‘Second Coming of Solaris’ event, participants will be awarded the following rewards:
- Astrite x60
- Advanced Resonance Potion x4
- Medium Energy Core x5
The event will be done once you have claimed all the rewards. If you haven’t begun it yet, you still have nearly a week to get started.
