World Trigger is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Daisuke Ashihara. It is about Yuma Kuga, a mysterious white-haired kid who wants to hide the fact that he is a humanoid when he gets transferred to a new school.
The makers have finally released a new trailer and few other updates regarding the long-awaited second season!!!
The official English Twitter account of Toei Animation streamed the second trailer for the upcoming second season of Daisuke’s World Trigger. Season two will begin airing from January 9th.
The trailer features Border Headquarters being attacked by Galopoula with the elite borders confronting their actions. It also shows a scene where Yuma and Osamu are challenging the B-rank battle.
They also released a 15-second version with Yuma’s narration on their official Twitter and Youtube has a 30-second version with Osamu’s narration.

A few lucky fans in Japan will catch an early preview of World Trigger’s second season as there will be special theatrical screenings of the series’ first two episodes on Christmas Day.
The official website confirmed this by debuting a new teaser trailer for special screenings which will take place in only 12 theatres.
Much to the dismay of the fans from other countries, an official English language license for the second season is yet to be announced.
The anime will premiere on January 9 as part of TV Asahi’s NUMAnimation programming block. Crunchyroll will stream both the seasons of World Trigger on their website.

TOMORROW X TOGETHER, a popular South Korean boy band will be performing the opening theme song “Force.” The opening theme was penned by Motoko Omori of the rock band Mrs. Green Apple.
It was reported that the song is about encouraging people to join forces and run to the other side of tomorrow which makes it perfect for the anime.
About World Trigger
World Trigger is about a mysterious white-haired kid named Yūma Kuga who wants to hide the fact that he is a humanoid when he gets transferred to a new school.
In school, he becomes friends with another student, Osamu Mikumo, who is, in fact, an undercover C-class Border trainee. Mikumo becomes the perfect guide for Kuga to save him from being discovered by Border.
It was initially serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump from February 2013 to November 2018 and later transferred to Jump Square in December 2018.
