World Trigger Season 2 Episode 12 was just released and Tamakoma Second is finally complete! They have found a suitable member, Hyuse, to make up for the lacks in the team as well as improve them even more!
How will this new member enrich the team’s attacking power? Will Hyuse’s unmatched sword skills help Tamakuma Second in their upcoming battles?
Hyuse overcame the combat test to reach the B-Rank in a single day. Needless to say, several B-Rank agents invite him to join their teams, but he stays true to his word and joins Tamakoma Second.
1. Hyuse’s Abilities:
Hyuse was born with an above-average Trion count than others and had received swordsmanship training since he was 8 years old under Vize. No wonder his sword fighting skills are exceptional!
In the selection procedure, not only was he able to reach the B-Rank in less than a day, but he and Ikoma tied in a battle. He even managed to score one point against A-Rank holder, Kei Tachikawa.
Hyuse then calculates his rank to be somewhere between rank 4 and rank 6.
2. How will Hyuse Contribute to Tamakoma Second?
Tamakoma’s B-Rank squad still has some shortcomings. The most notable of these being:
- Chika still can’t shoot with regular bullets.
- Yuma’s absence will devastate the whole team, especially if he is taken out early in the battle.
- Osamu and Chika are not good at hand-to-hand combat.
- Yuma needs backing from another attacker.
As we have already seen, Hyuse is an excellent attacker with his swordsmanship. He will be able to fill-up all the needs of Tamakoma 2.
3. How Much Stronger will Tamakoma Second Become?
With Hyuse as the second attacker, many of Tamakuma 2’s problems will be solved. Both Osamu and Chika will be able to focus on their roles as the shooter and sniper.
Hyuse is also a pretty good strategizer. When Tamakoma 2 was fighting in the B-Rank Battles, Yuma observed them from the sidelines and analyzed the whole situation. He has also memorized the strategies and abilities of other teams.
In the third season, we will get to see Hyuse in his first match as a member of Tamakoma 2. His strategizing ability can match Osamu’s level. His on-the-spot brain-storming will save the team on many occasions.
Hyuse has knowledge of several planets in the Neighborhood. He will play a primary role in not only the rest of the B-Rank Battles but also later when they have to face real enemies.
Hyuse’s addition to the team will undoubtedly make Tamakoma much stronger than before. Season 3 will show us just how much the team can bond to take out opposing forces.

World Trigger, also known in short form as WorTri, is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Daisuke Ashihara. It was initially serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump from February 2013 to November 2018 and later transferred to Jump Square in December 2018.
A mysterious white-haired kid named Yūma Kuga gets transferred to the local school. Turns out, Kuga is actually a humanoid or ‘neighbor.’ In school, he becomes friends with another student, Osamu Mikumo, who is, in fact, an undercover C-class Border trainee. Mikumo becomes the perfect guide for Kuga to save him from being discovered by Border.
