In the previous two chapters, we see that Osuma assumed that the person he was supposed to meet was Sawamura who’s Yotaro’s sister. Then Yuichi asks him to change his clothes to a trion body as he was about to take him to meet the actual person he intended to.

Meanwhile, in Galopoula expeditionary ship interior people were discussing the plans to trigger the Meeden’s detection system, and doing so would be putting oneself at risk. Reghi and Rata head out together in the city to proceed with the Meeden’s plan. They bump into Yuichi and Osuma and Rindo on their way.

 While they talked with each other Reghi said that they were responsible for attacking their base and if they wished to arrest them, they had no complaints.
