Will We Get To See Lucario? - Pokemon Anime’s Possible Hiatus Teased By Ash’s Voice Actor

COVID-19 has caused delays to the production of many anime and manga as the publishers, as well as the fans insist that the delay is essential for the health of the production workforce.

This has also affected the world of anime and manga as many production houses are closed to avoid further spreading the virus.

Looks like Pocket Monsters is about to go on a hiatus as well. Ash Ketchum’s voice actor, Rica Matsumoto, recently tweeted out that she has no recording sessions planned for the foreseeable future. No official confirmation from the studio has been given yet.

Therefore, it is hard to estimate how many more episodes will go live before the series goes on hiatus.
