10Toneri Otsutsuki
Toneri Otsutsuki is a descendant of Hamura Otsutsuki and the only survivor from the Otsutsuki family branch on the moon.
He serves as an antagonist in The Last: Naruto the Movie where he seeks to destroy the shinobi world using his ability of Tenseigan.
His Tenseigan allows him to pull the moon towards the earth or use the rocks of the moon as projectile weapons. Due to his Otsutsuki blood, Toneri was able to perform feats such as splitting celestial bodies in half and destroying planets.
9Indra Otsutsuki
