Regabhi, the Person Behind Petey’s Reintegration Revealed

Ms. Cobel had been on the hunt for Petey for the last few episodes. After he died, she disguised as Mrs. Selvig and extracted the chip in his brain to prove that he had gone through reintegration.

When the test results of the chip came back, she was glad that she was right and wanted to expose everything and everyone behind the process in front of the board.

In Episode 6, we come to know that the person who performed the reintegration was Regabhi.

So, who exactly is Regabhi, and why did she do the reintegration for Petey?

Regabhi is likely an ex-employee of Lumon who came to know of its dirty secrets and wanted to expose the company. She performed the reintegration for Petey so that more people could know the truth.

After Petey died, Mark was left with his cellphone, which was ringing incessantly. The number was blocked, and he didn’t know who was at the other end.

Considering the events and how dangerous the situation might be, Mark decided to throw away the phone in the trash bin outside his house.

However, later that day, when he’s on a date with Alexa, they encounter a garage band in which Petey’s daughter performed. The songs were dedicated to how Lumon was this corrupt industry taking people’s lives and how everyone hated it.

At first, Mark is pretty uncomfortable, but he joins the crowd to sing the song later. This indicates that even though Mark was sure about his severance procedure, he isn’t anymore after encountering Petey.

So Mark decides to retrieve the phone from the trash can and calls on the blocked number. We hear a woman’s voice on the other side, who asks Mark to meet her at the school where he used to teach.

When Mark reaches there, a woman appears out of the shadows, and although she doesn’t reveal her name, it is most likely Regabhi. We hadn’t heard of this character until Episode 6, but now she seems like the piece who could solve the entire puzzle.

While we know barely anything about Regabhi and her relationship with Lumon, it is safe to assume that she could’ve been an ex-employee or had someone close who was an employee at the firm.

Since she made Petey go through the reintegration process, she likely knows a lot about Lumon that Mark doesn’t. In fact, she could also give Mark and the audience the answer to the question, “What exactly does Lumon do?”

In Episode 6, Ms. Cobel asks Mr. Graner to follow Regabhi and bring her in, and it looks like Graner isn’t too far behind. The last thing we see in the episode is Mark following Regabhi as she takes him somewhere.

Severance in this entire season has kept everything shrouded and built the suspense quite well so far. Hopefully, Episode 7 could give us more clarity on Lumon’s dirty deeds and bring to light their true story.
