Where will the Straw Hats Visit in One Piece Live Action Season 2?

Netflix will be dropping One Piece’s Live Action Season 2 by the end of 2025, reigniting the fandom’s flame once again.

The Straw Hat Pirates will embark on a thrilling journey to new locations, encountering fascinating characters and breathtaking landscapes this season.

From the historic town of Loguetown, where the adventure transitions into the Grand Line, to the snow-covered Drum Island, Season 2 will bring some of the most iconic story arcs to life.

Which places will the Straw Hats visit in Season 2 of the Live action series?

In season 2 of the Netflix live-action series One Piece, the Straw Hat pirates will visit Logue Town, Reverse Mountain, Whiskey Peak, Little Garden and Drum Island.

1. Loguetown

Season 2 will kick off in Loguetown, a historic location known as the birthplace and execution site of Gol D. Roger. 

Here, the Straw Hats encounter Smoker, a Marine captain determined to capture Luffy. He has the power of the Moku Moku no Mi (Smoke-Smoke Fruit) and Tashigi, a skilled Marine swordswoman connected to Zoro’s past.

This thrilling chase adds a layer of tension as the crew prepares to enter the Grand Line.

In addition, Buggy and Captain Alvida join hands to harass Luffy to seek revenge for their prior defeat in Season 1.

2. Reverse Mountain

Reverse Mountain, also known as Twin Capes, marks the Straw Hats’ dramatic entrance into the Grand Line. 

This iconic location challenges the crew’s navigation skills and introduces Laboon, a giant whale with a mysterious and emotional connection to a long-lost pirate crew. 

They also encounter Crocus, the quirky yet sagacious lighthouse keeper and former doctor of the Roger Pirates, who provides valuable guidance about the Grand Line. It sets the stage for the Grand Line’s unpredictable adventures.

3. Whiskey Peak

In Whiskey Peak, the Straw Hats will face off against Baroque Works, a dangerous criminal organization operating in the shadows of the Grand Line. 

Here, we will be introduced to members of Baroque Works, such as Mr. 5, Miss Valentine, and the enigmatic Miss Wednesday.

As agents of Baroque Works target the crew, the plot intensifies, with Zoro’s skills taking the spotlight. This arc foreshadows the eventual confrontation with Sir Crocodile, the group’s enigmatic leader.

4. Little Garden

Little Garden introduces the Straw Hats to a prehistoric island filled with dinosaurs and ruled by the timeless duel of two giant warriors, Dorry and Brogy. 

We will learn more about the culture of the giants here. The island also features more agents of Baroque Works, Mr. 3 and Miss Goldenweek, who use cunning traps to target the Straw Hats.

This stop is as perilous as it is fascinating; imagine the stunning views we will see on the screen. The continuing interference of Baroque Works will add the perfect action to the island.

5. Drum Island

The snowy landscapes of Drum Island bring a shift in tone as the Straw Hats seek a cure for Nami’s debilitating illness. 

Here, they meet Tony Tony Chopper, a reindeer who ate the Hito Hito no Mi (Human-Human Fruit) and became a human-reindeer hybrid with human traits and exceptional medical skills.

Chopper’s heart-wrenching backstory involving Dr. Hiriluk and Dr. Kureha unfolds as the crew battles the tyranny of Wapol, the island’s deposed king, and his bodyguards, Chess and K.M.
