“The Man Behind the Moons,” the Side Quest of Hogwarts Legacy, asks players to locate 30 Demiguise Statues and return them to Galdwin Moon. As you do so, players will upgrade their Alohomora Spell by replacing sets of the Statues.  

As you collect the Statues and return them to Galdwin Moon, you will receive an upgrade before finally mastering the Alohomora Spell. Even after getting the Spell, players must find the remaining Demiguise Statues to complete this Quest, speaking to Gladwin Moon one final time.  

Here we will discuss the location of various Demiguise Statues in Hamlets.  

All Gladwin Moon Locations in Hamlets 

Each Hamlet in the game has one statue, making up 11 statues. 

• Upper Hogsfield of Hogwarts Valley– Head north from the Floo Flame and enter the second house to the left of the well. The statue is atop a stool opposite the front door. 

• Lower Hogsfield– Use the Floo Flame and turn around. The statue is inside the house behind the Floo Flame spot. You will find the Demiguise Moon Statue behind the front door.  

• Keenbridge of Hogwarts Valley– Head West, from the Floo Flame to the tallest house in the distance. The Statue is on the ground floor, opposite the front door. 

• Pitt-Upon-Ford– Turn right from the Floo flame and enter the second house (with the cauldrons stacked outside down from the Floo Station) on the right. Go to the top floor, and the Statue can be found to the left at the top of the staircase.  

• Brocburrow of Hogwarts Valley– Head west from the Floo Flame and enter the house opposite the fast-travel site and to the right of the well. The Statue is on the floor, on the left side, close to the door. Requires Alohomara Level Two. 

• Aranshire of South Hogwarts Region– Enter the house directly on the left of the Floo Flame. Found at the top of the staircase, in front of the bed.  

• Irondale of Feldcroft Region– Go into the first house on the north, opposite the Floo Flame (by the windmill). Turn right when you are inside the House, and you will find the Statue in the corner of the room, behind the Kitchen counter.  

• Bainburgh in Manor Cape– Turn left from the Floo Flame, heading northeast. You want the first House on the left. The Statue is on the side table next to the armchair on the left as you enter. 

• Feldcroft– Head east from the Floo Flame; the house you need is directly opposite the fast travel point (southeast of the Floo Station). The Demiguise Moon Statue is on the left side of the house, seen as soon as you open the front door. Requires Alohomora Level Two. 

• Marunweem Lake– Head to the house northeast of the Floo Flame. If you keep on the right path, this house will be the first house on the left. The Demiguise Moon Statue is behind the Kitchen counter on the left side of the house. 

• Cragcroft in Cragcroftshire– Head northwest from the Floo Flame, past the house, and towards the Tree in the distance. Keep going northwest, past the Tree where there is a House located behind it.  

The house is located to the right of a vendor. Go up the staircase and find the final Statue on the bedside table. 

Remember that you can only pick up the Statues when it is night-time. If you are playing with the time set in the day, you can manually change the time of day by selecting the Wait option. This is located inside the map.  

This will bring the night to your playthrough, fast-forwarding the time so you can begin “The Man Behind the Moons” Quest.

Hogwarts Legacy is an open-world RPG from Avalanche Studio. The game places the player in the wizarding school of Hogwarts, allowing them to witness the iconic locations as a character other than Harry Potter. 

The game has an expansive map that makes the game very immersive, even for people who are yet to read the books or watched the movie.

The mysterious, gripping storyline, with the vast areas to explored, either on foot or broomstick, makes it even more real life.
