In MMORPGs, dungeons are high-level PvE-based group activities that generally take place in a closed environment brimming with overpowered monsters and high-tier loot. New World provides this classic dungeon experience to its players under the title of Expeditions.
There are six expeditions in New World, which offer the players several puzzles to solve, high-level monsters to kill, and absurdly strong bosses to fight. Completing expedition rewards the players with the rarest of loots.

- The Starstone Barrows- Everfall
- The Depths- Restless Shore
- The Dynasty Shipyard- Ebonscale Reach
- The Lazarus Instrumentality- Reekwater
