It was officially announced by MAPPA that Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 is under production. It was revealed soon after the release of Season 2 that the Culling Games Arc is under production. This might mean that we can expect to receive the new season either in 2025 or 2026. The exact dates and details are not revealed yet. Stay tuned for the updates.
What will be Covered in Season 3
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 will cover the story after the Shibuya Incident Arc, that is the Culling Games Arc. After the Shibuya Incident Arc, the story will go through Itadori’s Extermination Arc and Perfect Preparation Arc to reach the Culling Games Arc. We can expect a 24-episode long Season, just like the previous two seasons.

What Happened in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2
The season 2 ended with the Shibuya Incident Arc. The Arc witnessed Kenjaku and Mahito planning to seal Gojo inside the Prism Realm. After Gojo is sealed, we see the rise of small villains. As a result, Toji Fushiguro was reincarnated. Later, Itadori and Megumi fight together against them.
Later, we witness the deaths of many beloved characters and the rise of Sukuna. Choso gets a striking revelation as he fights Yuji. The season provided us with an amazing fight between Sukuna and Mahoraga. Yuji takes revenge on Mahito, and Yuki reappears. Shibuya is devastated.
