The Night City is a dangerous place to live. To survive, ‘V’ must acquire a decent loadout of weapons, and when everything fails, the good old pistol saves the day.
The sidearms present in CP77 are unique, powerful, reliable, and capable of clearing groups of enemies and one-shot kills. Along with normal pistols, Cyberpunk also features various Unique pistols which change the gameplay in many ways. These unique pistols are highly customizable and can be tuned to your personal preference.
10 Dying night
The dying night is one of the few early-game pistols which you will come across and it is remarkably good. The gun features quick reload speeds and increased headshot damage.
The gun is upgradable throughout Act 1 and will serve you well, in your early hours in the game, and is certainly a great sidearm on which you can rely quite frequently.
How to unlock it? You can get this gun for free, during the Prologue when you are on the way to meet Jackie Welles, stop by the Weapons Dealer, and he will inform ‘V’ about his/her .45 handgun being ready. If you skip this, you will miss out on this unique gun.

9 Lizzie
The Lizzie is quite an unusual gun. Its damage range is low, but it still has a trick up its sleeves.
The gun is charged, which allows it to shoot a burst of 5 shots of 4 bullets at once, which can significantly increase the damage output, as you will be shooting 20 bullets in a matter of seconds. The gun is paired damage mod which can further increase the damage output.
How to unlock it? You can obtain this weapon from Lizzie’s basement once you have completed the “The Space in Between” mission.

The La Chingona Dorada is a unique handgun wielded by Jackie. The gun deals 21-26 Thermal damage and also comes with a 13% chance to burn enemies.
The gun can be quickly reloaded, and comes completely loaded with all sorts of attachment slots for scope, muzzle, and mod. The gun can even apply stun to enemies, provided they were not burned to death.
How to unlock it? You can obtain this weapon after Jackie dies, send his body to his home, call his mother the next day, and complete the side quest Heroes, then go to El Coyote Cojo after waiting for 24 hours, and the gun can be found on the offering table.

7 Kongou
The Kongou is another unique weapon as it allows players to use all of their special abilities without needing to pick up the required Cybernetic upgrades first. It is a powerful weapon but you don’t need to have the Power weapon Cybertronic, to fully enjoy it.
The gun has good recoil and an increased rate of fire which allows it to be used as a small submachine gun. The only downside of the weapon is its bullet capacity, but when compared to the benefits it provides, the drawback is insignificant.
How to unlock it? You can find this weapon in Yorinobu’s Penthouse during the mission “The Heist” which is one of the main missions in Act 1. When in the apartment, check the nightstand near the bed before completing any objective to get the gun.

6 Malorian Arms 3516
The Mandalorian Arms 3516, belonged to none other than Johnny Silverhand (Keanu Reeves) and is one powerful weapon.
The gun can be upgraded to legendary tier, if you manage to line up headshots the gun is almost a one-shot kill. The bullets can ricochet off surfaces and are so powerful that they can even penetrate through walls, floors, and various objects. The gun also features unique reload animations and can also deal with thermal damage.
How to unlock it? You can obtain this gun from Grayson during the side job “Chippin in”. After you defeat him, he will drop it for you to take.

5 Genjiroh
Genjiroh is an excellent end-game pistol. It is a smart pistol and thus offers some of the best abilities of other guns. It can fire up to 4 bullets at once, it can home in on targets, deal electrical damage to enemies, and is capable of targeting 6 opponents.
It also has a 16% chance of inflicting shock, and a 40.96% chance of dealing critical damage. It is no wonder that Genjiroh is the go-to weapon for so many players out there.
How to unlock it? You can obtain the gun in the side quest “Play it safe”. It is located behind a locked door on the right after using the elevator to reach floor 21. You will either have to enter a key code (2906) or if you have 11 points in technical ability you can get in without a code.

4 Apparition
The Apparition is another and offers some great perks when V’s health is low. The gun significantly increases its damage, fire rate, and reload speed when V’s health is in critical condition.
Not only that but the gun is quite capable. Even when you have high health, the weapon can charge its shots to deal massive damage.
How to Unlock? To unlock this weapon, you must have a Corpo background. You can get this gun after looting Frank’s body after the side job “Warpigs”.

3 Skippy
Skippy is one of the most powerful guns present in the game and it never goes obsolete. The gun scales up its level with the player’s level, thus ensuring Skippy never skips a day.
The gun first needs to be programmed for it will ask V some questions. If you answer them wrong, the gun will become a nightmare to use. It features two modes and based on your answers, one of them will be activated. The first mode is ‘Puppy loving pacifist’. This mode only allows skippy to target the knees of your enemies, thus dealing non-lethal shots. The second mode is ‘Stone cold killer’. This mode always goes for the heads.
How to Unlock? You can find this weapon next to a body in an alley located at Vista del Rey, Heywood. If you want to keep the gun forever, don’t complete the side job ‘Machine Gun’ as it will return Skippy to its original owner and you will lose it forever.

2 Comrade’s Hammer
The Comrade’s Hammer is an extremely powerful weapon. It shoots single explosive bullets which are capable of dealing electrical as well as chemical damage. The weapon can be upgraded to legendary status.
The only issue with Comrade’s Hammer is its stats are randomized each time you upgrade it. The gun also has quite a slow reload speed but it is easily fixable through attachments.
How to Unlock? You will have to craft this weapon. First, you need the requirements for the weapon which can be obtained from the leader in Suspected Organized Crime in Arroyo. You will also need to have the Grease Monkey Perk and the following materials to craft it:

Archangel is the best pistol in Cyberpunk 2077. You can upgrade it to legendary tier. The gun has +139.11% critical damage, 69.56% bonus ricochet damage, and 198-242 electrical damage. The gun also has various slots for attachments and mods – making it one of the most customizable pistols in the game.
To obtain this pistol you must complete the side job ‘A like Supreme’. It can be completed only after you have completed the mission “Second Conflict”. Just finish the quest and you will receive it as your reward.
