What is FUG Organization? Is Baam a part of it?

Baam always wished to follow Rachel and be with her forever. Rachel always wanted to climb the Tower and see the stars at the top. With these two conflicting desires, there had to be a breaking point.

This point was reached in the final test when Rachel pushed Baam to his death just when victory was in sight.

While Baam did survive, it turns out that this was all just an elaborate ploy to forcefully recruit him into FUG.
