Genshin Impact version 3.2 introduced Sumeru’s main protector, Dendro Archon Nahida. Another five-star character, Pyro user Yoimiya, is also part of the ongoing double banner. Looks like the new character addition was a hit with the Genshin Impact community.
Reddit user @IYu1i posted a Genshin Impact chart which showed that Nahida’s revenue sales are still growing even after three days of launch.
The image shows that the current double banner made up to 5.1 million USD on the first day, 6 million on the second, and a whopping 6.3 on the third day. This is an interesting occurrence since most banners usually peak on their first day of sale itself.
The figures only depict the character sales of iOS devices in the Chinese market. While the chart shows both the sales of Nahida and Yoimiya, the latter’s contribution is not as much since Yoimiya’s earlier appearances were comparatively less popular.
The gacha system of Genshin Impact lets players acquire unique characters for about three weeks by pulling on the Genshin Impact Limited Character Banner. However, the version 3.2 will end early on November 18.
Several players had been waiting for the weekend break to wrap up their Archon Quest. Another reason for Nahida’s fame is the fact that she is said to be the strongest Archon in Genshin Impact.
Nahida is a quintessential character for the team compositions which rely on one of the new Dendro elemental reactions since she’s the only five-star Dendro applicator.
Fans also say that hers is the best arc in the plot out of the four Archons in Genshin Impact. All things considered, the Genshin Impact community is quite happy with how well Nahida’s banner has fared.
