He challenged Yu-yu for a rematch and threatened to explode the amusement park if he lost. After training for a week, Yu-yu felt ready to have a cardfight with Tohya.
But Yu-yu got defeated when Tohya attacked his ‘Over trigger’ card with a ‘perfect guard’ card. Further, we saw Danji entering, all the while Masanori burnt the banner of the park.

1. Episode 12 Preview & Speculation
It seemed like Tohya was being manipulated all in the name of beating Danji in the game, as Masanori was in the background this whole time, probably egging him.
Furthermore, the bond between the members of Team Blackout also made him toxic. It is evident from what we saw in Episode 8, that Tohya had always been alone. A good friendship is something that he missed in his life.
Judging from Danji’s face, he clearly looked mad. Yu-yu and Megumi were two of the closest people to Danji. Making them cry would mean asking for a fight. So, he’s not going to let what they did slide.
I’m curious to see how Danji will respond to this through a cardfight. I wonder if we will see him do something unique. It seems like this season will end with a Danji vs. Tohya rematch.

Episode 12 of the Cardfight!! Vanguard: overDress anime, titled “Night Attack on the Heavens”, has been released on Saturday, Jun 26, 2021.
Since this anime runs on a weekly schedule, new episode releases are seven days apart.

3. Episode 11 Recap
On reaching Wonder Hill, Yu-yu finds Megumi on her knees, while Masanori threatens to explode the amusement park. On being asked, Masanori reminds Yu-yu of a promise and says that if he loses, he’ll explode the merry-go-round.
However, Yu-yu doesn’t remember making any such promises. So, he asks Tohya about it, who instead of clearly replying to him, asks him to pull out his cards and goes on to explode the merry-go-round.
Tohya leaves with Masanori after giving Yu-yu an ultimatum of one week to prepare for the cardfight. Masanori declares that Yu-yu’s loss will make them burn the banner of the park.
The following day, Megumi and Tomari arrive at the park with some food for the repairing team. Megumi observes Yu-yu sitting quietly, lost in his thoughts.
Later that day, when Yu-yu meets them, Tomari gives a training plan to him, which was written by Megumi.
Yu-yu gathers himself together and starts training with Megumi and other members. Meanwhile, Tohya’s words keep running through his mind. Finally, the training phase ends, and the big day for Yu-yu arrives.
When the face-off starts, Tohyu observes that Yu-yu doesn’t have cold feet anymore. The match goes on, and they attack each other’s cards. The cards come to life as the match intensifies.
In the end, Tohya pulls out a ‘perfect guard’ card and attacks Yu-yu’s ‘Over trigger’ card. Eventually, Tohya wins against Yu-yu. Yu-yu realizes that he lost the match because he was overconfident from the beginning.
He asks Tohya if he took the hit from Valiente, despite having a perfect guard. Tohya admits that it was to make him pay the cost.
As decided earlier, Masanori burns the banner of Wonder Hill. The episode ends with Danji arriving in the amusement park with an angry vibe.
