Mars Red defines a historical battle that has been raging between vampires and humans.
With new details of the anime releasing, fans of the genre are having a blast. The government realizes that in order to hunt down vampires, you have to use vampires. A team of vampires has been assembled to solve the present crisis.
The official website for Mars Red has announced that the anime will premiere on 5th April. A new trailer has been released for the anime. “Seimei Ara” by Wagakki Band, the anime’s opening theme, is also previewed in the PV.
The Code Zero team is responsible for protecting humans from their own brethren. However, all the members are quite peculiar.
An A-class rookie vampire, the “most powerful human” captain, a veteran since the Edo era, and a mad scientist together make the Code Zero unit.
The anime will be broadcasted on Yomiuri TV on 5th April and Tokyo MX and BS Fuji will air it starting 7th April.
Funimation is co-producing the anime with Yomiuri TV Enterprise and thus the anime will also premiere on Funimation.

A stage production of Mars Red debuted in 2013, followed by more shows in 2015 and 2017. The main actors of the 2013 stage-play will be voicing their respective characters for the anime.

Marsh red is Historical, Shounen vampire manga written by Bun-O Fujisawa and illustrated by Kemuri Karakara that began serialization in Mag Garden’s Monthly Comic Garden from January 4, 2020.

The story is based in 1923, Japan. In the 12th year of Taisho, vampires who live in the darkness off of human blood appeared in Tokyo at night.
In response to this threat, the Japanese government creates The 16th Special Task Force, commonly known as the “Zero Agency,” inside the Army to take them down.
Vice Admiral Nakajima had created this unit to counter the information warfare of the powerhouses of modernization, but now its primary mission is to hunt Vampires.
Zero Agency consists of Colonel Yoshinobu Maeda, the strongest human being who controls the zero engine.
Shutaro Kurisu, the strongest vampire in Japan Tokuichi Yamagami and Swawa who has been a vampire since Edo days.
Together this unit must hunt down vampires and solve the mystery behind Ascra, artificial blood that has led to the increase in vampires.
