Foods in Valheim are consumables that can be eaten to restore stamina and health and boost Eitr. They essentially provide buffs for regeneration and stamina, and they have variable decrease rates and durations. The effects of the buff slowly wear off until the food is digested completely.
There’s a lot of food that you can consume in the game, but I’ll rank them in tiers based on how much health, stamina, and Eitr boost they offer, so you have a clear idea of what the good stuff is. Here are the ranking criteria:
- S-Tier: Combined Health, Stamina and Eitr value of over 110.
- A-Tier: Combined value of over 100.
- B-Tier: Combined value of over 80.
- C-Tier: Combined value of over 60.
- D-Tier: Combined value of over 50.
- F-Tier: Combined value of 50 or below.
- R-Tier: No combined value. [Provides no benefits to players]
