Episode 7 is titled” Uzaki-chan Wants Him to Confess.”
Since Hana and Sakurai both seem to have feelings for each other and like spending time with each other, they might let each other know soon. But then Hana didn’t confess even after realizing they didn’t have much time left as Sakurai will graduate the following year.
Instead, she suggested he should repeat a year. Tsuki’s misunderstanding does not seem to end anytime soon.

Recap of Episode 6
Sakurai works out in the gym to tire himself, as he has a lot on his mind lately. Fujio is concerned about her eldest daughter, Hana, who likes a guy. The guy is her senior at school. She cooks for him and spends time at his house, but still, the guy has not made a move on her.
We all know the said guy is Sakurai. Fujio even knows that his daughter is not just lying about this guy thing, as she tends to look right when she lies.
Fujio does not know whether to praise or curse the guy for not giving any attention to his daughter. Hana is upset as Sakurai has still not replied to her text.
She wonders if he got himself another hobby where he can spend time alone. Sakurai replies, saying he will meet her the next day.
Tsuki leaves them alone in the house so that there can be some development in their relationship. Her misunderstanding about Sakurai liking her persists. She feels guilty that she cannot reciprocate his feelings for her.
Tsuki meets Sakurai on her way back. Sakurai thanks her for the recipe and talks about how Hana finally let him pet the cats.
Tsuki yet again misinterprets Sakurai’s words and worries over something unnecessary. It’s November 2, Tsuki’s birthday. Yanagi asks for her age, but Kiri tells her off for that. Fujio asks Tsuki if she wants to try for a fourth baby. The siblings are deemed speechless by their parents’ display of affection.
Hana realizes that she does not know when Sakurai’s birthday is. Hana asks Sakaki about it. Sakaki tells her it’s on November 29, right around the corner. Sakaki advises her to celebrate his birthday on her terms as she knows what he likes.
Finally, the day arrives. Hana and Sakurai spend the day playing games, reading books, blowing out his birthday cake candles, etc.
Hana asks if he had fun on his 21st birthday. Sakurai says it was the same as any other day, but he had fun with her. He realizes he wants to return the favor, so Hana asks him to remember her birthday next year.
Hana realizes that next year Sakurai will be graduating. She feels he will leave without knowing Hana’s feelings for him, so she suggests he should repeat a year.
