3. Recap of Episode 3
I. The Daughter of the Café Owner
Episode 3, titled “The Asai Family wants to look out for Us!” begins with Ami Asai observing Sakurai at work.
She remarks on the subtle aspects of his personality and body and points out how many fans he has garnered. But soon Uzaki shows up at the café, Ami gets puzzled at her close relationship with Sakurai and her dad (the café owner).
Ami and the owner have a little telepathic conversation before she serves Uzaki. They introduce themselves to each other, and for a moment, Ami gets lost in observing Uzaki.
Back at the counter, the father and daughter share their same interest if wanting to keep a watch on Sakurai and Uzaki.
II. Sakurai Caught A Cold
The next day Uzaki learns that Sakurai caught a cold, and she goes to visit him. After coming to know how bad his condition has gotten, Uzaki decides to nurse Sakurai back to health and takes care of him.
After being careful to cook and give Sakurai medicines, Uzaki tells him she will hang out till he falls asleep but does not allow him to sleep as she needs help in completing the game.
The next day Ami runs into Sakurai at their college, and they decide to have a dinner party, including the café owner and Uzaki, in light of his recovery.
They have a Korean barbeque, and the father and daughter start another telepathic conversation about the juicy details of Sakurai and Uzaki’s progressing relationship.
III. The Baka Couple
Uzaki gets bothered by the fact that Sakurai and Ami are on first name bases, so the next day, she calls him out and tries to hypnotize him.
Not knowing Uzaki’s motive, Sakurai plays along, she tells him to call her by her first name but feels embarrassed Sakurai keeps saying wrong names on purpose but finally calls her Hana.
Once begun, Uzaki makes him repeat it, giving the viewers an impression of being a dummy couple being lovey-dovey in public.
But Uzaki goes overboard and orders him to buy things for him and do her chores setting off an angry Sakurai. They make up, and even though Sakurai was not hypnotized, he discovers Uzaki gets hypnotized fast while playing with the coin.
