An action-heavy chapter with some fun and entertaining art. I really liked the art and action in this chapter. Shen and Fuuko’s reunion was short but pretty cute. 

Feng interrupted Fuuko’s fight with other martial artists to fight her. He went through a lot just to get a rematch with Fuuko. However, Shen had other plans, and now the situation has completely changed.

The chapter starts with Mei Xiang telling Fuuko how her brother started to act strange in the last month. He got bloodthirsty and now wants to defeat Feng, but she knows he is not stronger than him. 

Shen and Mei were homeless orphans when Feng picked them up because it was a necessary condition to fight Fuuko. Mei still thought that they were a family, so she didn’t want Feng and Shen to fight.

Back in the tournament, Fuuko beats up a few guys, and in return, they take out knives and blades to fight her. Before they can attack, Feng intrudes on the ring, glad to see Fuuko after twenty-six years. 

He starts battling her. The referee tries to stop him, but he doesn’t pay any heed. He blames her for all the work he had to do just to fight her. He held back during fights and raised Shen and his sister against his will, all so that he could fight her again. 

He announces that their match right there is the final battle. However, Shen interferes and stops the fight. He can’t let them have their final fight yet. Fuuko gets a little emotional after seeing Feng. He calls her cute but doesn’t really recognize her. 

Feng gets frustrated and prepares to use Zuishin Tekkan Rod, Dragon Assault, the attack that killed Shen in the previous loop. Seeing this, Fuuko intercepts the attack together with Shen. 

Fuuko’s friends also show up. Seeing this, he agrees to wait for Fuuko till she reaches the finals. Fuuko refuses and instead tells him that her master Shen will be the one to fight Feng. 

She vows to make Shen strong enough to fight Feng by the end of the tournament. Feng finds all this intriguing and decides to wait.

Undead Unluck is a manga series written and illustrated by Yoshifumi Tozuka. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump since January 2020. As of May 2023, it is collected into 16 volumes.

The story follows Fuuko Izumo who has the ability to bring bad luck to anyone she touches. Tormented by her ability, she decides to commit suicide but fate intervenes when she meets Andy, an undead person who wishes for the ‘best death.’ The pair joins the mysterious organization, Union, which consists of people like Fuuko and Andy, and go on missions given by a book called ‘Apocalypse.’
