Billy lays out the conditions that will ensure Fuuko’s victory. Basically, she wins if she hits, and no other conditions apply. She knows Billy has yet to manifest Unfair and does not want the previous loop to repeat itself.

In the previous loop, he fought Creed and manifested his ability. He joined the Union so that he could save as many people as he could. While fighting alongside them, he realized his allies were too small to belong on the battlefield. 

So, he decides to steal the roundtable and take everyone’s hate. He thinks the strong will protect the weak, which is how the world should work.

Fuuko doesn’t want Billy to suffer, so she will take his kindness and start to negate it. She uses her ability to make the Disc fall. She has transferred her Unluck to Nico and the Disc.

Undead Unluck is a manga series written and illustrated by Yoshifumi Tozuka. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump since January 2020. As of May 2023, it is collected into 16 volumes.

The story follows Fuuko Izumo who has the ability to bring bad luck to anyone she touches. Tormented by her ability, she decides to commit suicide but fate intervenes when she meets Andy, an undead person who wishes for the ‘best death.’ The pair joins the mysterious organization, Union, which consists of people like Fuuko and Andy, and go on missions given by a book called ‘Apocalypse.’
