Tsurune: The Linking Shot Ep5 Release Date, Speculation, Watch Online 

Minato struggles to find his mistakes in episode 4 of Tsurune: The Linking Shot titled “Broken Tempo.”

With a ban from kyudo, Minato has no idea what to do anymore; he feels completely lost without a bow and even tries to imitate Nikaido’s tournament form during class—wholly disconnected from the world outside of it.

Through footage from another perspective, both Minato and Kaito realize the number of mistakes they had in the tournament and how much their form differed compared to practice sessions.

1. Episode 5 Speculation

Next episode, we will see Minato take on an introspective journey to figure out his form and what he is trying to find in kyudo. We may also see more of Nikaido, as he has been getting much attention this season.

Kaito has also been undergoing a character arc as he realizes that he’s being thrown off by Minato, especially in the tournament, where he performs drastically differently from how he usually does during practice.

3. Recap of Episode 4

Masaki bans Minato from kyudo for the foreseeable future, and he retaliates in frustration. Even in class, Minato continues thinking about kyudo and trying to recreate Nikaido’s form.

He talks to Seiya about his ban and doesn’t understand why he must put his bow down so close to nationals. Kaito finishes his training alone during lunch and immediately runs on being spotted.

The rest of the club groups up for training, and Minato still needs to be allowed to practice with them. Nikaido’s club is also practicing outdoors, and he advises each member to perfect their form more.

Masaki drills a lot of mistakes into Minato’s head, and he is overwhelmed with information. It starts raining, and they walk back into the shelter and wrap up practice a little early. Minato gets back inside but still has to use the rubber grip.

He records their shots to understand their mistakes and see themselves differently. Kaito is being thrown off by Minato but denies it immediately on an accusation. 

Minato and Seiya look at the footage of the nationals together on his computer. Kaito lies on his bed and starts recalling his thoughts during the tournament, and he gets pressured and tense because of Minato.

He gets angry after seeing the footage and cycles away. Nikaido talks with his mentor about the tournament and the upcoming tournaments too. He is confident he can win them all; Minato goes to Masaki and tries to get a form of his own.
