Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy- episode 7, titled “Wondrous Medicine Production,” was released this week. 

So far, Makoto surprised Rembrandt when he provided him with multiple ruby eyes. Makoto registered for the Merchants Guild and passed his tests with flying colors. A mysterious guy decided to ruin things for Makoto as he has a grudge against Rembrandt.

Makoto succeeded in curing Rembrandt’s wife and children from the curse. He is ambushed by the person who was manipulated into cursing Rembrandt’s family. Makoto defeated them all with Tomoe’s help and interrogated him.

Episode 8 Speculations and Discussions

Episode 8 is titled “Demiplane Ranking.”

I’m sure after all the recent serious events, you would expect Makoto to catch a break. Yeah, I don’t think that’s happening.

From the title of the episode, it is best to assume that there is going to be some sort of competition in the demiplane that will rank who is better than the other. 

Tomoe and Mio will probably be too excited to participate, and they will probably even drag Makoto into it, or Makoto will have to judge the competition. 

I’m also pretty sure that Rembrandt is up to something. Now that he knows Makoto’s potential, he will try and subdue him before he makes it as one of the top merchants. 

Episode 8 Release Date

Episode 8 of the Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy- anime has been released on Wednesday, Aug 25, 2021. The episode title or preview has not been shown.

No, Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy- is not on break this week. Episode 8 is set to air as scheduled. No delay has been announced.

Recap of Episode 7

Episode 7, titled “Wondrous Medicine Production,” starts with Rembrandt killing off the culprit behind the curse that has affected his family. 

The following day, Makoto and Hazal arrive to prepare the medicine that will cure Rembrandt’s family. 

As Hazal starts the process of creating the medicine by incanting his spells, Makoto realizes that his mana concentration is a little off and helps him out with that. 

With Makoto’s help, the initial process is completed sooner than expected, and Hazal proceeds to prepare the medicine. 

He successfully makes one vial and gives it to Rembrandt, and prepares two more, but Rembrandt comes back injured as he was unable to administer the medicine to his wife since she fought back and destroyed the medicine. 

Makoto volunteers to help restrain his wife while Rembrandt administers the medicine to his wife and children. 

Makoto uses his judo skills to restrain them, and Rembrandt successfully administers the medicine, which immediately cures them. 

Makoto leaves the eternally grateful merchant’s house to find Tomoe and Mio waiting outside. 

A number of adventurers then ambush them, out of which the leader, Lime, had a part to play in cursing Rembrandt’s family. 

Mio stays out of this fight since Makoto did not want the entire town to be destroyed. Makoto and Tomoe take care of the others and proceed to interrogate Lime. 

Lime confesses that he just wanted to scare Rembrandt to make him reconsider his selfish actions, and he never intended to kill his family. 

They then come to know that Lime was manipulated, and he never meant any harm. He was just trying to look out for his orphanage,

The episode ends with Tomoe appointing Lime as her spy since he quit being an adventurer, and Emma informing Makoto of another serious problem that has occurred in the Demiplane.

Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy is a Japanese fantasy light novel series written by Kei Azumi and illustrated by Mitsuaki Matsumoto.

It began serialization online in 2012 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō. An anime television series premiered in July 2021.

The fantasy centers around Makoto Misumi, an ordinary high school boy summoned to an alternate world as a brave warrior. Unfortunately, the goddess of the world banished him to the outermost fringes of the wilderness.

While wandering the wilderness, Makoto encountered dragons, spiders, orcs, dwarves, and all sorts of other non-human species.

Due to differences in the environment from his home world, Makoto now exhibits extraordinary powers in magic and combat.

The curtain rises on the alternate-world social reform fantasy of a boy forsaken by gods and humans.
