We bring you updates on Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy-
1. Episode 2 Speculations and Discussions
Episode 2 is titled “Black Spider of Disaster.”
The title makes it way too obvious. We will see Makoto try and make his way out of the wasteland where the Goddess of the world sent him.
While doing so, I’m sure he will encounter another tough monster that will create more problems for him.
However, now that Makoto has a contract with Shen, he will find it easier to fight different enemies. Makoto was already way too overpowered, to begin with, but now he even has the power of a dragon by his side.
I personally cannot wait to see Makoto get back at the goddess who banished him.
2. Episode 2 Release Date
Episode 2 of the Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy- anime has been released on Wednesday, Jul 14, 2021. The episode title or preview has not been shown.

3. Recap of Episode 1
Episode 1, titled “Failed… Hero,” starts off with Makoto living his regular life with nothing special going on in it. However, when he reaches home, he sees that his dad’s new book is out and reaches for it.
Suddenly, Misumi Makoto is warped to a different universe to become a hero by the God Tsukoyomi.
Tsukoyomi tells him that his parents are from another world and had made a deal with him to give them their most important thing when they were being transported.
The Goddess of the other world considers Makoto excessively ugly and expels him to her world’s Wasteland, pervaded with beasts. However, she grants him just the power of being able to understand and speak all languages.
Tsukuyomi intercedes, clarifying that Japan Makoto’s capacities were confined due to his lifestyle, yet he is very powerful and is allowed to do whatever he wishes in the new world.
After aimlessly walking through the Wasteland for three days Makoto saves a youthful Orc named Emma after killing a two-headed wolf beast, realizing how strong he currently is.
Emma discloses she has to sacrifice herself to the God Shen to scatter the haze around her town so yields can develop.
She takes him to her town, where Makoto starts to learn magic. Since Makoto is capable of wielding powerful magic, Emma checks his level just to be disappointed to see that he is level one.
As his thanks to Emma for teaching him magic, Makoto chooses to obliterate Shen, a dragon who utilizes the haze to make dreams.
Shen traps Makoto inside an illusion of a pleasant memory. However, she realizes that Makoto is not from this world and is captivated by his memories of Japan.
Makoto breaks the hallucination and is astounded when Shen offers to make an agreement with him to turn into his familiar.
The episode ends with Makoto agreeing, and they structure a contract which leads to Shen changing into a voluptuous samurai woman. Shen is eager to see what Makoto will be able to achieve in this world.
