Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy- episode 11, titled “Goodbye,” was released this week.
Last, we saw that Makoto got into trouble, yet again, because of Mio. He had no option but to resort to taking Tomoe’s help to get him out of his situation. Then, as expected, he won the favor of the ogres since Tomoe’s barrier was the reason they had always been able to defend themselves.
In the latest episode, Makoto learned that he made a huge mistake and endangered everyone’s lives by blindly trusting the humans. I was glad to see that he could not control his anger and ended up killing the culprit responsible for taking his people’s lives.

Episode 12 Speculations and Discussions
Episode 12 is titled “Guided by the Moon…”
The last episode ended with Makoto being ambushed by two really strong-looking characters.
I’m sure that even then, Makoto will be able to hold his own. Yet, this time it will not be that easy.
Makoto will literally have to rely on every last bit of his strength to be able to deal with these two. Hopefully, he will go berserk when he learns the reason for them attacking him.
I feel like the Goddess is the mastermind behind this act, as she has always disliked Makoto.

Recap of Episode 11
Episode 11, titled “Goodbye,” starts with Makoto trying to search for the root of the problem behind Tomoe’s injury.
He learns that the captured humans killed Tomoe’s fragment and an orc. Not just that, they even injured many other citizens of his Demiplane, bringing them to the brink of death.
Makoto is unable to control his emotions. He somehow manages to revive the seriously injured people with the help of the Lich.
He then realizes that the explosion caused a portal to open, connecting to the human world.
As he reaches out to it, he learns that the culprit is close by. He finds the prostitute as she is escaping and engulfs her surroundings with mist.
He then mercilessly kills her as he is filled with rage. He also mentions that he will never blindly trust a human again.
Later, a funeral is held for those who lost their lives. Makoto personally apologizes to the deceased’s family and friends because he could not protect them.
He then meets up with Tomoe, who has just recovered, with Mio and the Lich. He decides to name the Lich Shiki since it means that he is a learned person.
Makoto then tells them that he is going to set out on a journey with Shiki to learn more about this world. He feels compelled to do so as he never wants an incident like this to happen again.
The episode ends with him arriving at the academy with Shiki, just to be transported to an unknown place and ambushed by two anonymous but powerful beings.
About TSUKIMICHI -Moonlit Fantasy-
Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy is a Japanese fantasy light novel series written by Kei Azumi and illustrated by Mitsuaki Matsumoto.
It began serialization online in 2012 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō. An anime television series premiered in July 2021.
The fantasy centers around Makoto Misumi, an ordinary high school boy summoned to an alternate world as a brave warrior. Unfortunately, the goddess of the world banished him to the outermost fringes of the wilderness.
While wandering the wilderness, Makoto encountered dragons, spiders, orcs, dwarves, and all sorts of other non-human species.
Due to differences in the environment from his home world, Makoto now exhibits extraordinary powers in magic and combat.
The curtain rises on the alternate-world social reform fantasy of a boy forsaken by gods and humans.
