Trigun Stampede Episode 9: Release Date, Speculations, Watch Online

Vash’s backstory was finally revealed in episode 8 of Trigun Stampede, titled “Our Home.”

We got to know a whole lot about Vash. There is still a lot to know about him, but this was a great episode with all the necessary buildup and a little explanation of Vash’s origin.

Vash and Million Knives are independent PLANTS, but Vash is less skilled than Nai. Vash’s life has been traumatic since the start, and you wonder how someone can be this nice even after facing so much problems.

Episode 9 Speculations

We will get to see more about Vash and Nai in episode 9 of Trigun Stampede. Vash met Nai at the end of episode 8, and I worry that the hands of Million Knives will destroy Vash’s home.

We still don’t know why Million Knives is doing all this. I am interested to hear his side of the story. Vash, Woolfwood, and Merly will move ahead for the city of July in the next episode.

Episode 8 Recap

The episode starts with a video recorded by Rem where Vash and Nai are celebrating their first birthday. They are revealed to be PLANTS and not born as humans.

When the ship was destroyed, Vash learned that Nai was behind all that. Nai considers Vash as his accomplice as he is the one who gave him the passcode to the equation.

Vash is extremely disturbed by all this and can’t calm down. He falls unconscious and gets picked up by two workers who are surprised to discover his origin.

One of the two, Luida Leitner, gives him something to eat and asks him what he can do. Vash tells her he cannot do anything as a PLANT. Later, she hands him a photo of Rem.

One day, the PLANT on the ship starts blooming, and its system starts getting messy. Vash tells them that the PLANT asked for help, but they don’t listen to him.

Luida decides to give Vash a chance, and he calms the PLANT down. After this incident, he is shifted to a room and starts going out with Brad to take care of PLANTS all around.

Luida gifts Vash his red jacket, and Vash starts calling ship no. three his home. Five years have passed between all this,, and the black box Brad found on Vash’s ship is finally fixed.

Luida and Brad hear Nai’s voice and suspect Vash is also involved. Vash runs away, leaving a thank you note behind. Luida goes out to find Vash and bring him back.

A grown-up Vash wakes up from his bed, implying that Luida saved him. The episode ends with the flashback of Vash coming face-to-face with Nai while he was running away from Luida.
