Trigun Stampede Episode 3: Release Date, Speculations, Watch Online

The Nebraska family enter the town to kill Vash in episode 2 of Trigun Stampede, titled “The Man on the Run.”

Vash was on the run again, and this time, the townspeople attacked him for the bounty on his head. However, things take a turn when the Nebraska family, a father-son duo, enters the frame.

The episode acted like a build-up for what’s coming next as the ending left everyone in shock. The CGI has been going pretty fine and it doesn’t look bad. However, the opening deserves a special mention because it is fantastic.

Episode 3 Speculations

Vash will look into the mysterious and sudden attack by the Lost Technology. Gofsef is probably dead, but we can’t say for sure. This attack will lead to something big and nasty in the upcoming episodes and I am so hyped for it.

Million Knives is the most probable culprit behind the attack. Or maybe it is from an enemy Vash doesn’t know about yet. We are yet to see why Million Knives did all the bad things, but I am not sure whether that will be explored and explained in the next episode.

Episode 2 Recap

Vash’s brother Million Knives was the one behind the destruction of their ship. Meryl interviews Vash and finds out that it was Vash’s twin brother who destroyed the PLANT. Since, they are identical, everyone thinks Vash was the one who did it.

Suddenly, everyone around Vash points a gun at him. Now, he runs around trying to save his life from the entire town. When he gets surrounded, Meryl and Roberto saves him.

An old man with his giant son Gofsef head towards the town for Vash. When Vash, Meryl, and Roberto try to escape, the bar owner catches him. Seeing this, the old man tries to run them over, but Vash saves the lady and her son Tonis from getting hit by their vehicle.

The Nebraska family, the guys in the vehicle, call out Vash, who runs away on the back of an ostrich. Mryl also goes after him. However, Nebraska family’s car’s engine gives up and in an attempt to catch Vash, the father-son duo get hurt, letting Vash escape.

The Nebraska family attacks the town. Vash rushes to save everyone. The family takes away the PLANT, Rosa (the bar owner lady), tries to stop them but fails.

Vash intervenes at the main time and saves her. A battle ensues where the old man Nebraska gets frustrated because of Vash not drawing out his weapon. The old man fires a rocket at Vash, but Vash isn’t hit by it.

The old man is annoyed by Vash’s determination to save the people of the town. Vash offers a helping hand to Nebraskas, suddenly the bridge they are standing on starts to fall.

In an attempt to save the PLANT, Gofsef was about to fall down but the townspeople save him. Rosa offers everyone drinks at her bar. Vash gets ready to leave the town.

Suddenly, Gofsef gets attacked by Lost Technology, small robots that look like bacteria. The robots explod on Gofsef’s body, blowing him with them.

Trigun Stampede is an anime series based on the original Trigun manga by Yasuhiro Nightow. The anime is produced by CG Studio Orange. It first premiered in January 2023.

It follows Vash the Stampede who has a bounty of $$6 million on his head but in reality, is a kind-hearted gunslinger who never kills anyone. Rookie reporter Meryl Stryfe and veteran reporter Roberto de Niro are looking for a story and encounter Vash.
