The trailer for the Trigun Stampede anime was released by TOHO animation on December 3. The trailer features the opening and ending theme songs and reveals the anime’s January 7 premiere date.
The opening theme song, “TOMBI”, is performed by the rapper and singer Kvi Baba, and the ending theme song, “Hoshi no Kuzu α” is performed by singer Salyu and composer Haruka Nakamura.
The anime will air on TV Tokyo, Osaka, TV Aichi, TV Setouchi, TV Hokkaido, and TVQ channels. The series will be streamed on Crunchyroll from January 2023 worldwide, except for Asia.

The story focuses on a gunman on the lam, named Vash the Stampede. Vash has a “60 billion double dollar” bounty on his head and has earned the title of “Stampede” owing to the destruction caused by bounty hunters in any town he visits.
Kenji Muto is directing the series at Studio Orange. Shin Okashima, Tatsuro Inamoto, and Yoshihisa Ueda are handling the series composition, and Tatsuya Kato is in charge of the music composition.
The Trigun anime is an adaptation of a manga by the same name by Yasuhiro Nightow, which ran from 1995 to 1997.

Trigun is a manga series written and illustrated by Yasuhiro Nightow. Trigun was serialized in Tokuma Shoten’s magazine Monthly Shōnen Captain. It was adapted into a twenty-six episode anime television series by Madhouse and aired from April to September 1998.
It follows the adventures of Vash the Stampede with a 60 billion double dollar bounty on his head. He is accompanied by two insurance agents Meryl Stryfe and Milly Thompson who minimize the inevitible damages that occur due to his appearance.
