Triada Blessings is a Yaran Story sidequest in Far Cry 6 that will start when players discover Oluwa Cave and interact with the letter inside it. The objectives of the mission will make you look for the three Triada Relics in different locations to deliver them at the Oluwa Cave for exciting gear and an astonishing amigo.
The quest will start when you speak with an NPC with an exclamation point over his head after liberating the Cabeza Fuel Depot. He will tell you about the sacred Triada cave and the treasure inside it. Ultimately, this will mark the site on your map.
Far Cry 6’s Oluwa Cave is situated to the east of Gran Guerrero Mogotes in Quito, Isla Santuario. Once you reach the site’s area, climb over yellow ledges, follow the chalk arrow marks, and you’ll find yourself at the cave’s entrance.
1. Inside Oluwa Cave
Upon entering the cave, you will find myriad ceremonial items. Look for a readable Tip amongst these objects. This document will reveal the objectives of the Triada Blessings quest, which is to collect the following three Triada Relics in:
- Ida’s Triada Relic (Madrugada Region)
- Oku’s Triada Relic (Valle de Oro Region)
- Mimo Abosi’s Triada Relic (El Este Region)
With Far Cry 6 providing us with the location of the three idols, all that’s left is to collect them all.
Tip: Before you leave the cave, remember to open the red chests next to you as they contain some unbelievable gear like “Oluwa’s Heart” and “Eternal Dance.” The former enhances the damage of throwing axes and knives, whereas the latter is used to reduce noise while moving.
2. Collecting Ida’s Triada Relic
Ida’s Triada Relic can be found at La Triada Mural in Dos Monjas Mohote, Madrugada. The starting point of this treasure hunt is a pole on which there’s a Tip that can be read. Once you read it, your next step should be to get into the cave where the Relic is.
Tip: The pole can be located next to a massive mural.
To get to the cave where Ida’s Triada Relic lies, you will have to utilize the grappling point on a graffiti wall, along with the vines, to move up and reach the top.
Now, this is where things take an interesting turn.
When you enter the cave, another puzzle will unfold and present itself. Here, you will have to use your grapple to move from one point to another. Remember to follow the arrows as they will lead you to your point of interest.
After you reach the cave’s end, you will be able to obtain the Ida’s Relic. A chest also lies right next to it, which you should definitely loot as it will provide you with Ida’s Sigil. It is a handy gear that accentuates allies, foes, and animals at night.
3. Collecting Oku’s Triada Relic
Okú’s Triada Relic is found in Fort Oro, a deserted fort in Valle De Oro. Outside its premises, you will find a Tip that can be read to fulfill the first requirement of your treasure hunt. From here, you will have to head inside and solve a bunch of puzzles to obtain the Relic.
Tip: You cannot head inside Fort Oro during the in-game daytime. It can only be accessed at night.
Unfortunately, deciphering the puzzles is no walk in the park and will require some work. This is where I come in to make sure the mission loses its enigma so let’s get to it, shall we?
When you enter the Fort, go inside a room with mirrors on your right and smash them till you come across a button. Press it, and a secret room will get unlocked below the hall.
Move there and shove all the three buttons you find on the table in the following order: Middle, Left, Right. Now, the path that leads one upstairs will unveil itself.
Move upstairs, enter the room with a piano, and read the Tip on top of the instrument. When you skim through it, lightning will strike, and a new hidden room will open up behind the piano.
Enter this room and pick up the dungeon keys. Now go downstairs and use it to unlock the dungeon door. Keep walking and smashing wooden planks until you reach a room with moving mannequins inside it.
At the room’s left, you will find a red button. Press it to make an explosion happen that will blow up the well outside.
Now go outside, and jump into the well. Follow arrows while using your grapple once inside, and ultimately, you’ll get to the ledge with Oku’s Triada Relic.
A treasure chest is also found here that, when looted, will provide you with Oku’s Deliverance. It is a rare leg gear that gives you an edge over enemies beneath you in terms of damage.
4. Collecting Mimo Abosi’s Triada Relic
Mimo Abosi’s Triada Relic is located in McKay Global Drill Site D in La Joya, El Este. Since this is a restricted area, you will have to take down the guards and acquire the Room Keycard from the tiny building at the area’s south. After solving a straightforward puzzle from here, the Relic can be collected.
Now, getting to the obstacles, what is there to be done?
Start with shooting the lock on the front gate to get inside the mine. You will find electrified water to your right there, along with a cable that will lead you to the generator. Pull this cable and get back into the water to get to the other side.
Unfortunately, you will be met with toxic fumes here, so unlock the door to your left with the keycard and turn on the industrial fan’s button and go down the elevator shaft with the help of a grapple to collect the Mimo Abosi’s Triada Relic.
Next to the Relic, a treasure chest also lies, which can be looted to obtain Mimo Abosi’s Mirage. It is a three-star footgear that can help you lower movement noise.
5. Delivering the Three Relics to Oluwa Cave
After collecting the three Relics, players will have to carry them back to the cave and place them inside the magical circle on the ground. This will open another section in the cave. You can go explore the area and loot it to obtain the Triador Stealth Suprimo and the La Varita Resolver.
When these two weapons are equipped together, they allow you to shoot through solid surfaces like walls.
But be on your guard because as soon you collect this cool gear, Oluso, a spirit jaguar, will attempt to kill you.
6. Making Oluso Join Your Team
Oluso is a spirit jaguar who, with a stealthy approach, will annihilate foes without giving them a moment to hit back. Several other weaker jaguar spirits also back him, so you’re in for quite the fight.
In order to beat Oluso, you need to equip a decent SMG or shotgun, shoot at him whenever you get the chance, and stay nimble. The weaker jaguar spirits can easily be knocked out with a single shot, but since Oluso packs a large health bar, he will take his time to kick the bucket.
Once Oluso is dead, you can revive him to make this silent killer your amigo who can take on enemies for you.
