Skull Knight is 1000 years old, and with that comes knowledge. He outmatches all the characters in swordsmanship. He is a self-proclaimed sworn enemy of God Hand and Apostles. He is also known as the “foe of the Inhumans.”
Skull Knight’s sword is capable of slicing through dimensions and going as far as stopping the Eclipse by obliterating the moon. Surviving in this unforgiving world for a whopping thousand years should tell you why Skull Knight is one of the strongest characters in Berserk.
7Ganishka
Ganishka was a Kushan Emperor and one of the strongest apostles. His desire to conquer every corner of the world led him to detest the God Hand, especially Griffith. He aimed to surpass them all.
In his true form, he could easily wipe off cities and armies. However, in this true form, he slowly lost his sanity and needed a God Hand member to eliminate his existence.
6Conrad
Conrad is a member of the God Hand, whose ability has to be the most spine-chilling and hard to fight against. He controls the rats to spread diseases without any way for the enemies to detect. No matter how strong one is or the number of enemies, if they contract a life-threatening disease, it’s over for them.
5Ubik
Ubik is a member of the God Hand. Unlike other strong characters on this list, it has nothing to do with physical capabilities. Ubik specializes in psychological warfare, a kind that’s hard to fight through if one is not mentally strong enough. His most terrifying ability is to play with the vulnerabilities of the human mind and manipulate the emotions that come with it.
4Slan
Slan, the only female member of the God Hand and the only female character on this list is one of the strongest characters in Berserk for her alluring charms.
Even in her incomplete form, she can easily outmatch humans and apostles. During her battle against Guts, she could overpower him and easily destroy Guts’ armor. She can manifest restless spirits and materialize in the physical world.
3Griffith (Femto)
Griffith has always been the most ambitious character. His endless desire to have his kingdom made him sacrifice his comrades during the Eclipse and become one of the most hated characters in Berserk.
After his rebirth as Femto, the fifth member of the God Hand, he achieved the power to manipulate gravity and space. With it, Griffith could fight and sometimes overwhelm opponents like Skull Knight and Ganishka. That is why he is one of the strongest characters in Berserk.
2Void
Void is the leader of the God Hand and is known for manipulating space, making it almost impossible for his enemy to go past the impenetrable defense. Idea of Evil resides in the abyss. It’s also the only existence above God Hand, which explains the Idea of Evil’s place in this list. It is the strongest because it controls mankind’s fate by acting on its unconscious will.
Not much is known about the Idea of Evil, but the strongest character in the Berserk universe serves it, making it the strongest character.
