We all know that Jujutsu Kaisen has emotionally wrecked us all. But let’s appreciate Gege Akutami and Mappa for the wholesome moments they gave us amidst the emotional turmoil. Even though all (well…almost all) the characters are no more, the anime did provide us with some hilarious moments.
Even though the story made us cry and curse the author, the little scenes are just priceless. Among the funny scenes, there are some that lived rent-free in our minds, right? Here are the Top 10 Comic scenes from Jujutsu Kaisen.
10What Kind of Woman is Your Type?
One of the most comic scenes in Jujutsu Kaisen is when Todo asks Yuji about his type in women in Season 1. This was also their best friend bonding moment as Todo met his soulmate when he found out that Yuji, too has a liking towards the same type of women as him.
After Yuji replies that his type of woman is someone like Jennifer Lawrence, Todo practically imagines them together in high school like normal students, talking about their points of interest and life. It’s funny because Yuji has no idea what’s happening in Todo’s head. Todo cries after hearing Yuji’s answer. Hence, they become one of the best duos.
9Guy with Weird Bangs
After Gojo and Geto were assigned to escort Amanai in Season 2, they visited her. But she slapped Gojo across his face and called him a scum. When Geto tried to calm her down, she said she couldn’t trust him because of his bangs.
Well, that was enough to spite the duo, and they twisted her without any further thoughts. Later, her maid saved her from Satoru and Suguru’s “disrespectful” treatment.
8I’m Kugisaki Nobara
This was a Juju Stroll where Nobara was searching for her uniform only to find Panda wearing her top. She silently turns into attacking mode and knocks Panda down. Later, Inumaki enters wearing a skirt, but it turns out to be Maki’s.
Nobara couldn’t find her skirt, but suddenly, Gojo entered wearing her skirt. This scene was kind of expected, considering Gojo’s character and his attraction towards goofiness. But the execution of this scene was amazing.
7Your Dead Friend Yuji Kun
This scene was not just Funny. It was literally traumatizing for Nobara and Megumi. After Sukuna tore out Yuji’s heart, Gojo kept Yuji’s existence a secret. Megumi and Nobara were sad to lose their friend.
But suddenly, Gojo decided to reveal his existence. Gojo and Yuji planned and had great expectations for the revelation. But Megumi and Nobara were stunned to speak, and their reaction didn’t meet their expectation.
6Yuji’s Emotional Movie
The scene where Yuji convinced Nobara to watch a movie is clearly hilarious. He told her about the Human Earthworm movie where a scientist created a human-earthworm hybrid. The anime also provided a sequence just to show the story of the movie.
What’s funnier is Yuji’s narration. He explained the movie in a very emotional way even though it’s not. Nobara was not actually convinced, but Yuji’s dedication had it all.
5Rizz amid Mission
This scene was very famous after its release. As Gojo was searching for Amanai along with her maid and Geto, he reached her music class. As he entered the music class, all the girls were mesmerized by Gojo and asked him to pose and take off his glasses.
Not missing the opportunity, Gojo took out his rizz on the girls. But the main scene was when the teacher asked for his number after silencing the uproar.
4The Baseball Game
The Baseball scene was one of the funniest scenes in Jujutsu Kaisen. As the characters played Baseball, most of them played it as they wanted, not knowing the rules. Some were distracted and messed up.
But the most hilarious scene was Todo getting hit by the ball (it was intentional). Everyone except for Yuji didn’t care about Todo even though he was hit. They instead congratulated the one who threw the ball, which made Yuji sympathetic towards Todo.
3Gojo Sensei’s Shirt is Ruined
This scene happened in season 2. Even though the scenes before and after this are not really happy, this one made us laugh. The trio was given the charge of Gojo’s shirt, but Nobara spilled coffee on it thereby staining it. As the three tried to clean the stain, they only made it worse.
Nobara thought that the shirt was cheap and asked Megumi to check it online. To Yuji’s and Nobara’s surprise, the shirt was expensive. Suddenly, Gojo entered the room, and Megumi stuffed the stained shirt inside his chest, enlarging his chest area.
2Teach Megumi Chan Violin
Never letting your friends get committed was the goal of Itadori, Gojo, and Nobara. The three were dedicated to “save” Megumi from the girl. They took up roles so that the girl would return on her own.
Gojo might have taken it to the next level by showing off his good looks. He told them that he has violin practice with Megumi. But it turned out that the girl was just lost and was asking for directions.
1Gojo Pesters Nanami
Gojo loves pestering Nanami. He never misses a chance for the same. Nanami was just minding his own business, but Gojo joined him, asking him if he would go out with him. Even though Nanami rejected the offer, Gojo kept on following him.
Gojo wanted attention, and Nanami wanted privacy. Even when Nanami was traveling, Gojo didn’t leave him alone. He took it far by leaving an inappropriate note in Nanami’s suit pocket.
