Tokyo Revengers Episode 9: Release Date, Speculation And Watch Online

In Episode 8, the infight between Mickey and Draken comes to an end. Thanks to Takemichi’s rant that brought the two friends together fain.

However, not everyone could accept Pah’s arrest that easily. Peh, the Third Division Vice-Captain of Toman, revolted against Draken’s idea of not doing anything to free Pah.

He formed a small group that shares common hatred towards Draken and even teamed up with few Moebius members to kill Drakken. Kiyamosa is also with them; he seeks revenge for dissolving his fight club and insulting him in public.

Can Takemichi save Draken this time? Is he already too late? We bring you the latest episode updates for this anime.

1. Episode 9 Preview & Speculation

Moebius members and Kiyamosa are just using the Pah-chin’s arrest as an excuse to feed their grudge over Draken. Although Mickey and Draken got along with each other, an infight between them seems to be unavoidable.

But the good thing is, Mickey will be on Draken’s side this time. But can he arrive in time to save his friend? Is he even aware of the situation?

Some preview shots have surfaced where we get to see the real mastermind behind the “Draken Hund” mission. Meanwhile, Takemichi will be relying of Naoto’s information and arrive at the place when Draken is supposed to get stabbed.

Peh has already confronted Drakken, and I don’t think he alone poses a threat to Draken even with a weapon. But it will surely be a problem if Kiyamosa and others join him too.

3. Episode 8 Recap

I. Micky and Draken Reunites

In Episode 8, Takemichi completely loses his temper over Draken and Mickey for destroying his precious belongings. He shows this as an example of how an infight between Draken and Mickey is splitting Toman into factions.

He further explains that Toman is a gang that many look up to, and he doesn’t want it to break. The speech was more like a rant, but it knocked some senses into the two gang leaders.

The infight initially started because Draken wanted to respect Pah-chin’s resolve and wait for his release. On the other hand, Mickey wanted to use up all their money to free Pah somehow.

But in the end, both of them agree that nothing can be done about Pah’s arrest. Takemichi feels assured that he finally managed to save Draken and stop the infight in Toman.

II. Mission ‘Draken Hunt’

Sadly, he was wrong. On 3rd August, the day when Draken is supposed to get stabbed, Peh, Kiyamosa, and some other members of Moebius team up to kill Draken.

Takemichi was out on a date with Hinata when he comes to know about it. He immediately rushes to warn Draken but confronts Kiyamosa and his team on his way. They beat Takemichi into a pulp and leave him taped in the rain. Kiyamosa keeps him alive to put the entire blame on him.

Thankfully, Hinata arrives just in time and frees him. However, Takemichi is still very shaky and filled with despair of not being able to save his friends. Hinata kisses him and reminds him that he is in no way inferior to anyone.
