1. Episode 5 Preview And Speculation
In Episode 5, Takemichi will travel back in time to save the Tokyo Manji gang from taking the wrong path. Too many lives depend on him, and he believes that he can change everything.
Meanwhile, Naoto will be investigating Draken’s murder. He may find out some clue that will take him one step closer to the real murderer.
After going back to the past, Takemichi will most probably join Mickey’s offer of joining the Tokyo Manji gang. This way, he will have a better opportunity to prevent Kisaki’s 9intervention in the gang.

In Episode 4, Takemichi mistakenly holds Naoto’s and travels back to his original timeline without making any progress. But at least, now he knows how Sano Manjiro truly is as a person.
He tries to explain to Naoto that Mickey cannot be the person behind all these dreadful incidents, but it isn’t of much use. With no other option left, he decides to contact Mickey directly to ask him why he changed his ideologies.
But it isn’t easy to contact the most wanted gang leader of Tokyo all of a sudden. He immediately realises that his previous time leap has caused some irreparable changes in the current timeline.
Atsushi, who was supposed to be jailed for Kiyamosa’s assault, has now become an important person in the Tokyo Manji gang. Takemichi believes that his friendship with Mickey has something to do with it.
Naoto and Takemichi search for Atsushi’s calling number in Takemichi’s lodge and find it in an old diary. Surprisingly, that 12-year-old number is still working, and he manages to contact Atsushi.
Atsushi calls them to a luxurious hostess club for the meeting. He takes Takemichi away to the terrace for a one-to-one chat.
He drops a bombshell when he reveals that he is well aware of Takemichi’s time travel, and he was the one who pushed Takemichi to the railway tracks.
He also says that Sano Manjiro changed after the murder of Draken. The former president of this gang has completely detached himself from the gang’s activities, and the gang is now totally under Kisaki’s control.
Atsushi, the boy who could risk his life for his friends, has become a scared gang member who tried to kill his friend. He regrets how his life has taken a sharp turn, and with that being said, he jumps off the cliff.
The only way to save Atsushi, Draken, Mickey and Hinata is by changing the past. So, we are about to see another time leap by Takemichi, but before that, he asks Naoto to investigate Draken’s murder.
Can Takemichi fix everything this time? Or this will be another failed attempt? We have to wait for the next episode to find it out.

Tokyo Revengers is a manga written and illustrated by Ken Wakui. It began serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine on March 1, 2017, and ended its run in November 2022. It is compiled into 31 tankobon volumes.
The story revolves around Takemichi Hanagaki, who learned that Tokyo Manji Gang had killed his only ex-girlfriend from back in middle school. After learning about the incident, Takemichi was pushed from the railway platform.
Landing on the tracks, he closed his eyes, accepting his death, but when he opened his eyes, he had time-leaped 12 years into the past.
