Shinichiro notices the dark impulses around Kazutora and remembers this was the exact way he killed the time leaper, making him wonder if his death was a form of retribution.
A second set of panels takes back to the canon timeline, where Mikey reveals that the dark impulses emerged because of what Shinichiro did to save him. He also says it is getting stronger and overpowering him, forcing him to push away everyone. Takemichi assures him that he will defeat the dark impulses and asks Mikey to let them out completely. Sanzu looks shocked, and tears flow from his eyes.

Takemichi is flabbergasted when Wakasa and Mikey reveal everything to him in the current chapter. Only after Shinichiro and Hinata meet that the Toman President realizes how intricately he has been involved in this cyclical play of time.
Readers know Naoto remembers every timeline he’s traveled through, and the trigger does too. Although it is unclear if the trigger would remember the timeline if his time-leaper changed it, the stimulus would remember it regardless.
Despite this, Sanzu can know precisely how much Takemichi is different now, in light of his actions and attitude towards him.
