Chapter 255 is yet to be released, so let’s look at chapter 254. Several Kantou members engaged in a fight after a train slammed into a tower of metal storage units. Mitsuya and Chifuyu are killed by Sanzu in front of Takemichi because he dislikes them.
Despite Sanzu being right there, touching the train tracks, Takemichi is unable to have another vision. Takemichi realizes he has to act very quickly.
Leaving Kakucho behind, he goes to face Sanzu. However, he is dragged back by the latter. Then, Takemichi proposes a truce.
As a result, they both agree and proceed to confront Sanzu, who is inside the train trying to get it started. He appears to be speaking to himself or perhaps to someone who is not in view. At the same time, Kakucho and Takemichi emerge to confront Sanzu.

1. Chapter 255 Raw Scans, Leaks
The raw scans for Chapter 255 are now out. Sanzu tells Tekemichi and Kakucho that after the location was decided, he checked the place to prepare a plan which involved killing everyone except Mikey. According to him, everybody else was too noisy so he had no qualms about killing them. Sanzu then takes out his sword and rushes to attack Takemichi.
Kakucho gets in the way to protect his ally and gets his arm hurt. He tells Takemichi about how he lost his family in an accident and he was on his own until he met Kurokawa Izana. Now he chooses to fight for Takemichi again. Kakucho then wraps his Kanto Manji jacket around his left arm and uses it to defend against Sanzu’s attack. He gets an opening and punches Sanzu in the face.
2. Chapter 255 Discussion
In the latest chapter, Takemichi’s actions in the midst of the ongoing battle were clearly seen. He has fought alongside his members, even though he has not been associated with any dangerous delinquents.
The timeline will likely reach its climax now that there is one more vision in the picture. Takemichi will race against the clock and try to save as many of his friends as possible.
Mitsuya, Chifuyu, and Hakkai are in immediate danger this time. Takemichi hasn’t contacted Mikey yet. We will see Kakucho and Takemichi unite to take down Sanzu by any means necessary, considering the cliffhanger.
Since Kakucho has been asking questions persistently, the chapter suggests he may be the next person to learn about Takemichi’s abilities. I guess we’ll have to wait for a few more chapters to find out.
In the next chapter, Kakucho, Takemichi, and Sanzu again engaged in a violent battle. Through this unexpected truce, it will be interesting to see if their lost childhood friendship will return.
The dynamics of the gangs and the battle will change if they do indeed join hands after this fight. More on that will be revealed in subsequent chapters.

Takemichi headed to the end of the train tracks since he believes the vision has already begun. In his quest to let Takemichi go, Kakucho continues to chase him.
Takemichi is caught by Kakucho, who demands to know what’s happening. He is told by Takemichi to move and that he will not allow anyone to die. Kakucho is shocked by his sudden change of attitude.
While this is going on, Sanzu is already trying to figure out what needs to be done to get the train going. Before he could do anything drastic, Takemichi and Kakucho show up.
Kakucho is also surprised to see them there because Takemichi was right. Takemichi informs Sanzu of his plans. Takemichi is offered help by Kakucho in fighting Sanzu. Having said that, he says they are calling it a truce for the time being.

Tokyo Revengers is a manga written and illustrated by Ken Wakui. It began serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine on March 1, 2017, and ended its run in November 2022. It is compiled into 31 tankobon volumes.
