Will We Get a Tokyo Ghoul Anime Reboot?
Tokyo Ghoul anime’s final episode aired in September 2014. However, all the installments after that have been disappointing, including the first one.
Tokyo Ghoul √A and Tokyo Ghoul: re came out in 2015 and 2018, respectively. However, neither of these installments lived up to the expectations of the fans who adored the manga series. The disappointment led to the last resort—a demand for a well-deserved remake.
It’s been years since the fandom discussions caught heat again, and the hope of getting a remake had long turned into a pipe dream, but Tokyo Ghoul’s upcoming 10th-anniversary project has fans wishing for hopeful outcomes.
As disappointing as it sounds, there has been no information or hints at a possible reboot. Stay tuned, and we will keep you updated with any announcements regarding the remake of Tokyo Ghoul.
