Episode 8 Recap
The townsfolk and Cylira woke up at the beginning of the episode after being left all but unconscious by the execution of Prince Bon. Cylira grinned when she saw the Prince’s severed head. Fushi saved Prince Bon, who afterward woke up to realize he was still alive.
The Prince was perplexed since, despite feeling alive, he could see his family and fellow residents grieving for him. Fushi explained how he collaborated with Kahaku to develop a plan to save the prince. During Bon’s execution, he used one of Tonari’s creations to knock everyone out. As a result, Fushi, dressed as Tonari, saved Bon and dumped a fake body.
Bon eventually had a makeover and praised Fushi for protecting him. Three females were in the palace gardens as he made his way. He observed that the third person was Iris, the girl he had once liked, while the first two were Fushi and Pocoa. When Bon discovered that Todo was Iris, he was surprised and found it challenging to process the knowledge.
Iris was upset by this. She stuffed herself with food to revert to Todo. Since Todo had reportedly passed away and was no longer visible, Bon intervened on her behalf. Bon invited Iris to stay at the palace while the two reconciled.
Fushi was about to leave the kingdom when he became aware of Kahaku’s suffering. He was attempting to get rid of his Nokker. Fushi, Bon, and Kahaku were able to talk with the Nokker, which disclosed that the Nokkers wanted to kill everyone to liberate the fye from their flesh. Now that he knows he is not to fault for the Nokkers’ attacks, Fushi could defend everyone.
About To Your Eternity
To Your Eternity(Fumetsu no Anata e) is a manga series by Yoshitoki Oima. It has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2016. Crunchyroll releases its manga in English. It is being adapted into an anime by Studio Brain’s Base and will be released on April 12th.
The story follows an immortal being named Fushi whose purpose is to gain knowledge of the world. He travels from Kingdom to Kingdom and witnesses humans displaying their emotions. As the story progresses, this being takes the form of an abandoned boy and his wolf.
