Episode 3 Recap
To help defend innocent people from the Nokkers, Fushi agrees to collaborate with the Guardians. Because some people believed he was the one who brought Nokkers there, Fushi has a bounty on him. Fushi joins Kahaku, and the two go to adjacent towns to gain more supporters.
Kahaku is surprised by Fushi’s appearance as Parona and is attracted to her. Later, Prince Bonchien Nicoli la Tasty Peach Uralis of the Uralis Kingdom traps Fushi and Kahaku in a trap while they travel through the jungle.
Bonchien seems to have specific ‘episodes’ where it looks like he is talking to people who aren’t there. Bonchien explains how he abducted Fushi and plans to transport him to the Uralis Kingdom. Fushi decides to join them, hoping his army can help fight the Nokkers.
The king, Pocoa, and Torta, the younger siblings of Bonchien, are introduced. Despite Bonchien’s best efforts to persuade his father to reconsider his mind, Torta is chosen as the next King.
Fushi learns that one of the Guardians may have previously taken Tonari’s diary. He becomes upset and gets up from the table, only to be discovered shortly by Bonchien. Bonchien and the king are approached by Supreme Pontiff Cylira of the Bennett Church, who has come to take Fushi.
Uralis Kingdom rejects them, but they leave after stating they plan to return. When Fushi tries to leave the palace, Bonchien stops him. Fushi describes his plan to let the Nokkers infest him if a person close to him passes away. Bonchien promises to guide Fushi.
About To Your Eternity
To Your Eternity(Fumetsu no Anata e) is a manga series by Yoshitoki Oima. It has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2016. Crunchyroll releases its manga in English. It is being adapted into an anime by Studio Brain’s Base and will be released on April 12th.
The story follows an immortal being named Fushi whose purpose is to gain knowledge of the world. He travels from Kingdom to Kingdom and witnesses humans displaying their emotions. As the story progresses, this being takes the form of an abandoned boy and his wolf.
