Episode 11 shocked us with the sudden reappearance of the knockers after staying dormant for almost 4 years.

Gugu was the first one to be targeted, who somehow managed to push Rynn away and fell into the swiftly flowing river alone.

Meanwhile, the creator warned Fushi about the knockers, and he rushed towards Gugu right away. Can he save Gugu before it’s too late? We bring you the latest episode updates of this anime.

1. Episode 12 Preview & Speculation   

In Episode 12, Fushi will rush towards the exit to save Gugu from the knockers. Just like Fushi himself, the knockers are evolving creatures and have come up with a fully planed attack this time.

They knew that Gugu and his incinerating ability poses the biggest threat, so they start the attack by dropping Gugu into the water, thereby getting rid of his fire-breathing ability.

Judging from how depressing the anime was in the previous episodes, I am already preparing myself for another shock. There’s a high possibility that Gugu may not survive the attack and if it really happens Fushi will take Gugu’s form as promised.

Episode 12 of the To Your Eternity anime has been released on Monday, Jun 28, 2021. The episode title or preview has not been shown.

Since this anime runs on a weekly schedule, new episode releases are seven days apart.

3. Episode 11 Recap     

Episode 11 basically shows us how much Fushi has changed in these four years. He has become a lot more human-like and has learned to express his feelings in a better way.

Although complicated things like love are still unclear to him, he is trying his best to adapt to the changes in lifestyle. He even abstained from transforming into any other form in these years.

The knockers haven’t appeared for four years, so Fushi never got the need to transform into any other form. Not only that, he has started liking his human life and wishes to keep living a simple but happy life.

Meanwhile, Rynn is turning sixteen after few days, and her royal family will throw a huge party for this occasion. She fears that her parents are trying to plan her marriage without her concern.

Rynn rushes to give this bad news to Gugu and asks him how he feels about her. As expected, Gugu is too shy to express how he feels, thereby failing to bring up a marriage proposal.

On the celebration day, Rynn welcomes Gugu and Fushi as if they are the chief guests of the party. The other nobles get a little annoyed with this special treatment, but little Rynn doesn’t seem to care.

Gugu gifts her a violet flower that he bought on his way. The flower brings back some of Rynn’s painful memories, but she keeps it anyway since it’s a present from the one she loves.

Later, Rynn’s father introduces everyone to Rynn’s fiancé, who belongs to a well-to-do family and is considered a perfect match for her. The sight upsets Gugu, so he heads out of the party alone.

Rynn immediately rushes towards Gugu to thank him for the adorable gift, but nothing can heal Gugu’s broken heart. He finally reveals that he was the one who saved Rynn’s life four years ago, the same incident that left deep scars on his face.

Rynn can’t probably turn him down after learning this, and just when everything was going smoothly, the ground beneath them crumbles. Gugu somehow pushes Rynn away but falls into the swiftly flowing river.

The creator shows up and warns Fushi that the knockers are back. Can Fushi save his “monster brother” this time? We have to wait for the next episode to find that out.

To Your Eternity(Fumetsu no Anata e) is a manga series by Yoshitoki Oima. It has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2016. Crunchyroll releases its manga in English. It is being adapted into an anime by Studio Brain’s Base and will be released on April 12th.

The story follows an immortal being named Fushi whose purpose is to gain knowledge of the world. He travels from Kingdom to Kingdom and witnesses humans displaying their emotions. As the story progresses, this being takes the form of an abandoned boy and his wolf.
