The production on Season 4 of HBO Max’s Titans is currently underway, with cinematographer Boris Mojsovski set to direct Episode 3, Redacted, and Episode 4, TBD.
Mojsovski is always the one to give fans constant updates about the series, and in recent posts via his Instagram, he has shared a look at the crew doing early location scouting, revealing Season 4’s twelve-episode count, among other details.
But the most exciting reveal came as he shared a picture of the front page of the Episode 4 script, teasing that Beast Boy would finally be getting a brand new costume.
When one of the questions under the post questioned whether Ryan Potter’s Beast Boy would get an upgraded look this season, Mojsovski confirmed with a simple “soon.”
Potter also posted an emoji of Beast Boy on his Instagram story, further teasing the new suit reveal.
Screenwriter Richard Hatem took to Twitter to signal the start of production on Titans Season 4 in Toronto, Canada, earlier in February.
This means that the series might reveal the new costume before the upcoming season’s premiere to build the hype rather than the look being spoiled by behind-the-scenes leaks.
While WB and HBO Max are trying to keep the plot details under wraps, Joseph Morgan and Franka Potente have become series regulars in their roles as Brother Blood and May Bennett/Mother Mayhem, respectively.
Some fans were concerned that the last season’s storyline felt like it was side-lining Beast Boy in some ways. However, the new suit update proves that the series has no intentions to give up the character.
As Beast Boy gets his own official costume, here’s hoping they show him transform into other animals besides the tiger that has been a favored pick for the past three seasons.
Titans Season 4 does not have an official release date yet, but Seasons 1 to 3 are currently available for streaming on HBO Max.
