The Walking Dead: World Beyond Season 2 Episode 9 Recap
The episode opens from last week’s cliffhanger and it is revealed that the Bennetts didn’t actually escape through the tunnels. It was a trick to get the CRM soldiers into the tunnels so they could carry out their plan of destroying the research facility. They use Mason as leverage to get two escape vehicles for themselves. Jadis has no choice but to agree because Mason is Major General Beale’s son.
Dennis survives his gunshot wound and Silas and Elton help him get the bullet out. The two head to the cold storage to get more medical supplies for Dennis and barely escape a huge group of walkers. Hope and Felix turn up empty handed when they go to the cold storage to look for the deadly gas.
The situation escalates into gunfire when Iris and the gang try to make their escape. Percy ends up getting shot in the head. Huck’s real loyalty gets revealed when she points a gun at Jadis so the others can escape. Jadis gets distracted by Mason and Huck gets into a truck and escapes as well.
Hope, Iris and Felix arrive at the pre-decided location. However, Leo hasn’t been able to get there because of a flat tire. The sisters meet up with Silas and Elton and the group consoles Iris as she breaks down at losing Percy.

The Walking Dead: World Beyond is a spin-off series to the post-apocalyptic horror series The Walking Dead. The limited series is created by Scott M. Gimple and Matthew Negrete, who is also the showrunner for the series.
It stars Aliyah Royale, Alexa Mansour, Hal Cumpston, Nicolas Cantu, Nico Tortorella, Annet Mahendru, Julia Ormond, Joe Holt, Natalie Gold, Jelani Alladin and Ted Sutherland portraying main characters.
