Getting into a truck accident and reincarnating into a video game which Pride has already played so many times that she has memorized the entire storyline. However, her role is one of the evil last boss queen who kills and deceives everyone in the story and meets her demise at the hands of the player.
In this world, however, she does not want to do something so horrible but wants to save them instead. Seeing their pure hearts and the demise she causes them in the game, she decides to change the story entirely instead.

1. Episode 2 Speculation
The next episode will develop Pride and Stale’s relationship since he now understands how much she cares about him. His pledge to protect her is one of true devotion and not just some deceit using contract, and she will also likely try and get him to reunite with his mother.
Besides this, the game continues progressing as the hero’s questline must also progress beside hers. She will likely soon be crowned the queen of the kingdom and will have even more power than she abuses in the game, but she will use it for the better good in this world.
The next episode will likely introduce us to Tiara for the first time, considering the number of times she was mentioned in this one. However, her personality, as well as how she will react to meeting Pride for the first time, is something we can only find out next week.

3. Recap of Episode 1
A lone schoolgirl got hit by a truck while crossing the road and was reincarnated as the last boss of a game she was obsessed with. Her role is that of Pride, the evil final boss who causes the misery of many and eventually pays for her sins at the hands of the hero.
Since she has already played the game, she knows everything about it, including that Pride is supposed to have precognition. She doesn’t want to play her role as it was in the game since it’s one full of evil. Even her subordinates are extremely afraid of her, someone who could quickly call upon their death sentences.
On Tiara’s 6th birthday, she is close to finally meeting her for the first time directly. The King must also find a younger brother to adopt and act as her assistant, someone who was tortured in the game’s original setting. Still, Pride is breaking all the regulations, including saving her father from an untimely accident.
The King introduces her younger brother to Pride, a little boy named Stale, who is handcuffed and technically stolen away from his family. In the game, she has him sign a contract of allegiance without him knowing to make him abide by her every whim and command.
The following night, Pride comes to him alone and hands him the keys to his handcuffs so he can visit his mom. However, he refuses since escape would mean punishment to them both, and Pride goes to put the key back, wishing him a good night of rest.
Stale has a visible change the next day, as he signs the contract of subordination and understands Pride’s character now. In the game, she forces him to kill his mother, but the current Pride wants nothing but his happiness and for him to reunite with his mother once more.

The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior is a novel series by Tenichi and Suzunosuke. The original story was published in 2018, and it also received a manga adaptation.
