The story revolves around a pair of siblings, who are financially supported by their mostly absent, single mother. And this manga will definitely have you crying like a 5-year-old.

The manga Mizutamari ni Ukabu Shima (The Island Where Puddles Float) by Kei Sanbe announced that it would be reaching its conclusion in the upcoming 4th Volume on July 21.

Minato and Nagisa, the siblings, are used to looking after themselves due to their single mother working most of the time and not coming back home for weeks.

The story is beautifully written with artwork that fits it perfectly. There is a line in the manga, ‘I hate the rains,’ which signifies the gloom that the rain brings.

The two kids are left on their own, negligent of their own health and well-being. The kids are forced to put up fake smiles for everyone so that they don’t get worried unnecessarily.

However, things begin to take a really dark and twisted turn one day when the siblings go to a theme park with their mother.
