Tatsuya and Miyuki are both from the same family, but the difference in their powers is vast.
Tatsuya is visibly less compatible with magic even though he goes to an Academy for students with magical abilities.
However, his different powers are discovered soon, and he is termed as The Irregular at Magic High School.
Season two of The Irregular at Magic High school anime will premiere on 3rd October 2020.
The Monthly Comic Alive magazine will be having an illustration of Tatsuya and Miyuki drawn by Yuuichi Ichino on the cover of the October 2020 issue.
The Irregular at Magic High School anime was inspired by the light novel series of the same name, which is written by Tsutomu Sato. It has also been adapted into several mangas, by different authors and illustrators.
Season 1 of The Irregular at Magic High School anime was animated by Studio Madhouse and aired in 2014.
Since then, fans have been eagerly waiting for season two, and their wishes will be fulfilled after six long years.
The Irregular at Magic High School The Movie: The Girl Who Calls the Stars is the movie adaptation of the light novel, which premiered in June 2017.
Season 2 of The Irregular at Magic High School anime is being animated by studio 8Bit (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime). The upcoming season will adapt the visitor arc of the light novel.
Possible plot of Season 2
Miyuki’s friend Shizuku is going abroad to study, and an exchange student will come to her place to school.
Angelina, from USNA, arrives at the school, but she seems to be someone who is much more than a simple cultural exchange student.
About The Irregular at Magic High School
The story takes place in an alternative history where magic exists with technology. It follows Tatsuya and Miyuki Shiba, siblings who enroll into First Mage High School.
While keeping their connections to the Yotsuba clan a secret, they attempt to live their daily lives in peace.
Peace, wherein, Tatsuya is outcast for his magical ‘ineptness’ while Miyuki is validated for her abilities.
