Fuyutsuki, Himuro, Komori, and Saejima go for a ski trip in episode 8 of The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague, titled “The Little Sister Appears! Christmas on the Slopes”. Christmas is approaching, and Himuro buys a present for Fuyutsuki. Komori proposes a ski trip for the festival, and they all have fun at the trip.
Coincidentally, the ski resort they all go to is the same where Fuyutsuki’s little sister, Yukimin, works. He introduces her to everyone, and she quickly takes a liking to Fuyutsuki. They end the day with a Christmas Takoyaki Party, and Himuro gives Fuyutsuki his present while on a walk. Yukimin has something planned for her New Year’s.

Episode 9 Speculation
The Christmas party was great success and everyone enjoyed their time. Yukimin has also start liking Fuyutsuki and will ask her to go out together again. However, since Himuro is worried about her sister getting closer to Fuyutsuki, he will probably try to monitor the situation.
The next episode will show New Year’s and everyone will probably go together for the first shrine visit. We will see what exactly Yukimin had planned for it. Himuro will be ecstatic, like always, to see Fuyutsuki in a yukata and go on their first shrine visit together.

Episode 8 Recap
Himuro wants to give a Christmas present to Fuyutsuki. He comes across some beautiful earrings and buys a pair for her.
Komori excitedly tells Fuyutsuki about the ski trip she won, and invites her out. Fuyutsuki doesn’t know skiing, but Komori asks Himuro to teach her. Komori decides to turn the trip into a group outing with a Christmas party at the end.
Himuro is ecstatic to ski together with Fuyutsuki. He tries to teach her the basics, but fails since he isn’t a good teacher. Komori comes to the rescue, and Fuyutsuki quickly masters the techniques.
The group decides to go up the slopes after Fuyutsuki can ski smoothly. While going up on the cable car, they see fox footprints, and Komori jokes that those are her mother’s. Saejima is curious about Himuro’s family, and he tells them that his parents are just ordinary workers. His younger sister is a student and got a part-time job at a ski lodge for winter.
They enter the ski lodge, and to their surprise, Himuro’s sister, Yukimin, is actually working at the same place. She introduces herself and tells them that she does streaming and modeling. Saejima finds that she has a good following on her channel.
Himuro and Yukimin starts bantering, and she hides behind Fuyutsuki. She asks Fyutsuki about how Himuro is doing at the office and quickly takes a liking to her. Himuro is troubled, hoping his sister doesn’t start getting in her way as he likes Fuyutsuki.
Everyone has a Takoyaki party on the grill Fuyutsuki brought with her. They run out of alcohol, and Fuyutsuki and Himuro goes out to buy more. While walking, they come across a huge Christmas tree, and Fuyutsuki is enchanted by it.
Himuro gives her the Christmas present he bought, which turns out to be a blanket. Fuyutsuki is a bit upset that she didn’t get Himuro anything but tells him that she feels warm whenever he is around.
On their way back home, Himuro thinks about how he got earrings for Fuyutsuki initially but changed the gift after he heard some women complaining about getting accessories as gift. Fuyutsuki likes the blanket and tells Himuro she enjoyed Yukimin’s company.
Fuyutsuki also tells Himuro that she is glad she was able act more relaxed than he does at the office. This makes him happy, and he wishes to come again next year with her, causing a blizzard inside the bus.
Yukimin reveals she has something planned to livestream on New Year’s Eve, and Himuro worries about what she will do next.

The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague is a manga by Miyuki Tonogaya. It started serialization in 2019, and received an anime adaptation in January 2023.
